Certification count tells how often a group has been certified, which can sometimes tell you how organized it is.
>If you want more info on your group listed than the basics, you may post one post-worth of recruitment info. I’d suggest such statistics as quickfind, homeworld, and any additional requirements. I’ll then include the page number of this post on your Index listing.

The application process centers around the following form:

Will two groupmembers repeat this in the last week of every month?
To have a group listed, TWO(2) people need to post the above application. The info contained in the two posted applications will need to be the same. Once you BOTH have posted the application, your group will be added to the Index.
For clans to stay listed thereafter, you will need to *repeat* this process between the 20th and the 30th of every month. For example, you would be able to recertify on any day from the 20th to the 30th of November. Failure to recertify by the end of each month will result in the group being removed from the list.
Certification does not mean that you are now an “official” group, it just indicates to readers that you are an organized one.
