Runescape Classic

Runescape Classic

Yes, that’s right. There was a game before the Runescape that you now know. It did not have nearly as good graphics as Runescape does now. In fact, they looked like pieces of paper.

Originally, in Runescape Classic when you were starting out, you got to pick from five major classes. Each class got their own specialty when starting out. These classes were

Ranger – Started with a shortbow and arrows.
Adventurer – Started with a Bronze Axe, Tinderbox, and one piece of Cooked Meat.
Miner – Started with a pickaxe, which at that time were the only ones available.
Warrior – Started with a Bronze Short Sword and a Wooden Shield
Necromancer – Started with a Wizard Hat and a regular Staff.

This feature was taken out early July 2002.

They also allowed at one point to be able to duel anywhere in the world. You could just walk up to someone, right click, and click duel. Players liked this idea for more than one reason. For one, you could get to Lumbridge fast because as long as you didn’t stake anything, you wouldn’t loose any items. They liked this feature because if they were training and a person walked up, they could duel over the training spot. This saved players a lot of time because they didn’t have to switch worlds to find a less crowded area. They removed this feature because players could run away and the duel would not end, and players could bank the staked items. So, to fix this problem, Jagex built the Dueling Arena.

Player Killing in Runescape Classic was a whole different world. In the beginning, you could be killed everywhere except Lumbridge, or if you designated yourself as NPK which stands for Non-Player Killers. Along with that, There was no running in Runescape Classic, so catching your pray was much easier. In addition, you could not eat during a battle, and you could not run until 3 turns of attacks happened. So more than often, did PKers catch unsuspecting players in the old days?

Runescape Classic had their own type of notes as well. Instead of having noted items, they had Certificates. Also known as certs. These certs equaled five of every item. Therefore, instead of one note per one item, they had one cert per five items. The Banks were very hard to use, as only one player could talk to one NPC at a time. So people often sat in a bank for long periods of time just waiting to be able to even get into their bank. After they finally got in, there was a withdraw and deposit limit! So trading large amounts of items took even longer.

Here are some random facts about Runescape Classic:

When a person tried to say something offensive, the censors would change it to say Cabbage.

There was a skill called Tailoring that was near-useless and very hard to gain experience points in, they later removed it and made it an add-on to Crafting.

Influence was basically like Quest Points. The only way to get it was to complete quests. A person with high Influence level could sell their silk to the silk trader for more coins than the normal amount.

Prayer was split into 2 different categories, Good Prayer and Evil Prayer.

I played Runescape Classic one time, but not very long. After Runescape 2 came out, Runescape Classic became out of date. I believe there are still some players on Runescape Classic. All of the Free to Play members of Runescape Classic had to either upgrade to Pay to Play, or loose their accounts. This of course made a lot of players angry; because they had played the game for a long time and did not find it right to be forced into paying. Happy Playing

Runescape Mining Bots

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Christmas 2008 Event Guide, Holiday Guides, runescape easy money, Runescape Guide, Runescape Hunter, Runescape Money Hacks

Runescape Mining Bots

Have you have ever heard the term “Runescape Macros”? How about, “Runescape Bots“? They have many names, but they are all the same. Although I know exactly what a macro is in Runescape, I thought I would do some research and see what a macro was outside of Runescape.

Macroing in Runescape:
Basically, when you use a Runescape bot, you are using a program that will play the game for you. There are many different types of these, such as; Mining Bots, Woodcutting Bots, Attacking Bots, but they all do the same thing, get levels. This is against the rules of Runescape. Jagex bans thousands of accounts a month due to these cheats. I cannot tell people enough, cheating is NOT the answer. If people would just do the work themselves, then there would be no problem.

Macroing outside of Runescape:
As I promised, I researched and this is what I found; “A macro is a way to automate a task that you perform repeatedly or on a regular basis. It is a series of commands and actions that can be stored and run whenever you need to perform the task. You can record or build a macro, and then play the macro to automatically repeat the series of commands or actions.”

Therefore, the reason we have macros for Runescape is… The game is built to where you have to do repetitive actions to gain levels. Scripter’s realized this, and decided that it sounded like a job for a macro. Now you have many of these macros out there.

Risks of using a Macro in Runescape:
Using a Macro in Runescape is just asking for a ban. These programs are EASILY detectable, and when you are caught using one, Jagex will show no mercy. They feel strongly that cheating is bad, and so do I. It is just so much easier to mine the ore yourself. Then, you do not have the risk of loosing your account. That should be enough of a reason in itself. Its not? Well, then let me give you some MORE reasons;

Let’s say that everyone in Runescape just up and decided to use these cheats. Let’s also say that Jagex did not care what so ever and let it happen. In about a month, everyone would have level 99 everything. Prices would drop dramatically because there would be so much of a surplus. Such as, one player would own 100M of Dragon Longswords. Tell me, would the game be fun anymore? For the first few days maybe? After that, it would get boring. There would be no point in using your skills because, everyone else would have it as well. What’s the point of dueling, everyone is the same!

So now, you understand why Jagex does not allow these macros. In fact, on January, 19, 2006 Jagex banned over 15,000 Runescape accounts due to this. They also have a system that detects any OTHER accounts used by the player. This prevents them from making a throwaway account that they do not care about. Do not think that you can cheat and it not affects your other accounts. Happy Playing

Runescape Grand Exchange Guide

Runescape Grand Exchange Guide

The Runescape Grand Exchange is a brilliant way of making some quick cash. I am very exited that they have put this in the game. It speeds up the buying and selling world! No more world-hopping to find a bank with someone in it typing “selling blah” 100 times over! Nope, now you just put in a buy order and as soon as one becomes available for the price, you set or lower, you will have it!

What is the Grand Exchange?
The Grand Exchange is a large marketplace located in Varrok, the most populated city in Runescape. You can use the Grand Exchange, also referred to as the GE, to buy or sell almost anything! The GE allows a player to buy or sell an item at any time in the world. They do not have to meet up and do a trade; it will just hold the goods for you until you pick them up.

You don’t even have to be there when your waiting on your trade to complete! You can be off fishing and when your trade is complete, the Grand Exchange will tell you. Before you can use the Grand Exchange, you will need to do a tutorial. I suggest going to the Grand Exchange Tutor for it, as the founder (Brugsen Bursen) Will give you a more in depth tutorial and even include the history. It can be very boring, and come on, who wants to sit there listening to a guy ramble on when you could be making money?

The Grand Exchange is not a complex system, it is actually very simple. You can buy and sell items with a breeze. All you do is put your bid or items up, and when someone matches your bid, BAM! Your trade is complete. The time is usually not a matter, every now and then, you will have to wait for it to complete, but for the most part, it will happen almost instantly.

Selling Items at the Grand Exchange

To sell items using the Grand Exchange, You can simply talk to one of the clerks, or just right click and select Exchange. It will pop up a window showing your buy and sell offers that you have going on at the moment. Free to Play Members get 2 on going slots to use, while Pay to Play Members get 6 slots.

Now, lets begin. First, click the sell slot. You will need the items you want to sell in your inventory. You can sell anything that is tradable. If you have, large quantities of items that are NOT stackable, bank notes are also compatible with the Runescape Grand Exchange. Each item you wish to sell (or stack of items) counts as one slot.

Understanding Boxed Armor
This can be hard for selling armor, especially if you are free to play. With only 2 slots, how would you ever get a set of armor sold? Well, Jagex thought of this and now you can convert armor into a boxed set. This is excellent because you can sell the WHOLE set of armor for only 1 slot. All you have to do is have the required armors with you, then just talk to a Grand Exchange clerk. There IS a guideline to what you have to have to make a set, they go as follows:
テつサ Dwarf cannon sets: Cannon base, stand, barrels, and furnace
テつサ Enchanted robe sets: Hat, robetop, bottoms
テつサ Splitbark armor sets: Helm, body, boots, gauntlets, legs
テつサ Mystic robes sets (normal, dark, light): Hat, top, bottoms, gloves, boots.
テつサ Third Age ranger armor set: Coif, body, chaps, vambraces

テつサ Dragonhide armor sets (green, blue, red, black): Body, chaps, vambraces
テつサ God armor sets (Guthix, Saradomin, Zamorak): Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
テつサ Trimmed and gold-trimmed armor sets (black, adamant, rune): Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
テつサ Barrows armor sets* (Ahrim, Dharok, Guthan, Karil, Torag, Verac): Body, legs, head, weapon
テつサ Normal metal armor sets (bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril, adamant, rune): Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
テつサ Trimmed and gold-trimmed wizard sets: Hat, robetop, bottoms
テつサ Third Age mage sets: Body, legs, amulet, hat
テつサ Infinity robe sets: Hat, top, bottoms, gloves, boots
テつサ Trimmed and gold-trimmed dragonhide armor sets (green, blue): Body, chaps
テつサ Blessed dragonhide armor sets (Guthix, Saradomin, Zamorak): Body, coif, chaps, bracers
テつサ Dagannoth armor sets (rockshell, spined, skeletal): Helm, platebody/body/top, legs/chaps/bottoms
テつサ Third Age melee armor set: Platebody, full helm, kiteshield, platelegs
テつサ Gilded armor sets: Platebody, full helm, kite shield, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)
テつサ Dragon armor sets: Chainbody, medium helm, platelegs/plateskirt (the set is marked with (l) or (sk) to indicate which)

To open these boxes sets, simply take them to the Grand Exchange clerk. Do NOT right click and click ‘destroy’ this will NOT open the box, it will destroy the box and everything in it. Thus, you loose money.

Conclusion
When you are buying and selling, you are able to adjust the price to your liking. Although you can only go 5% above and below the normal market price, this can be handy. If you are going to sell, I suggest going as far below the price as possible. It is faster, but if you have an item that is worth more and it is well known, I would go 5% above. A lot of players, when buying food, will pick the item, make the amount in the thousands and then buy at the highest they can. Then, anything below that will be also sold to them. This is very handy if you are in need of an item and you do not care the price, just simply go 5% over the market price, and you could end up with the item and some gold back!

The Runescape Grand Exchange can be a wonderful place for money making. If you are looking to buy and you can’t find a guy to sell you something, simply put in a buy order, it will save you a lot of time better spent of training. As long as you have sell orders in the Grand Exchange while you train, you will get rich AND powerful. All thanks to the Runescape Grand Exchange.
Happy Buying, Selling, and Runescaping! Haha!

Runescape Halloween Event

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Fist of Guthix, FunOrb, Holiday Guides, Making Runescape Money, runescape, Runescape Community, runescape easy money, Runescape Gold

Runescape Halloween Event

Like many online role playing games, Runescape celebrates real-world holidays in their fictional, magical world of monsters, magic, and heroes. Halloween is no exception. During the Halloween holiday season, players have a few unique quests and events you can participate in. But you have to hurryテ「竄ャ窶捐nce the ghouls and goblins have completed their trick or treating on Halloween, the quests and many of their rewards are gone for another year.

Maggie the Witch
Maggie the traveling witch starts the main Halloween quests, Swept Away and trick or treating. Maggie is located north of Rimmington, and players will find her with her two oxen, Norman and Babe. However, her oxen are sick, and Maggie has to stay with them to nurse them back to health. This means she can’t complete either her magical potion or go trick or treating! Runescape members, however, can help her complete both tasks and in the process gain some very nice rewards.

The Swept Away Quest
The Swept Away quest involves helping Maggie complete her magic potion by visiting three of her friend and getting her magic broom enchanted. This isn’t as simple as simply visiting the three, of course. Instead, players must solve a puzzle for each witch before she will enchant the broom. The three witches are Hetty of Rimmington, Betty of Port Sarim, and Aggie of Draynor.

The first step is to visit Hetty in Rimmington. Hetty’s enchantment involves rubbing her special ointment on the broom, but Hetty is out of ointment and can’t make more without some newt. She has some in her basement, which she asked the player to get. Down in the basement, players encounter Gus the Ghoul. He was delivering Hetty’s new supplies, but he got the labels all mixed up. One box contains only newts, one contains only toads, and one contains both. Players must figure out which is which so that Hetty can make the ointment.

All three boxes are mislabeledテ「竄ャ窶挾layers must change the label on each one. Fortunately, Gus will be able to tell players if they’ve made a mistake, and since there are only three options, even just guessing will work eventually. Once the boxes are correctly labeled, players receive the broom ointment from Hetty.

Betty, the witch of Port Sarim, sends players to her basement to meet Lottie. Lottie is trying to get Betty’s magic wand, but it’s locked in a treasure chest that’s guarded by a number of creatures. Before the player can get to the chest, they have to put the creatures in the correct cage. There are six animals to rearrange, and Lottie provides players with a slate that shows where each animal is, making it somewhat easier. One thing to remember, though, is that animals can only be moved to an adjacent cage, and a cage can only hold one animal at a time. Once all of the animals are in the correct cage, the player received Betty’s wand, which she then uses to enchant the broom.

The final witch is Aggie of Draynor. She can only enchant the broomstick in her magical place, but that place is currently covered in sand. The player must sweep the sand away from the magical lines so that they form four different triangles. There are several ways of accomplishing this, and trial and error work just as well as any other method. Once the triangles are revealed, players receive the final enchantment and can return to Maggie.

Maggie can then finish up her Goulash. Once it’s done, she offers some to the player, who receives experience towards a skill. Players can eat the Goulash ten times.

Trick or Treat
Maggie also wants players to bring her some candy from the various trick or treat buckets located at specific locations. Completing this quest three times rewards players with the entire Witch outfit (for female characters) or Warlock outfit (for males). (Runescape Halloween Events and holiday items are located here)

There are three places to trick or treat, and they conveniently match up to the towns the three witches live in: Rimmington, Port Sarim, and Draynor. This makes doing Swept Away and Trick or Treat very easy. Each of these towns also features some really neat Halloween decorations, so they’re worth visiting during the event. Players will need six popcorn balls, five pieces of wrapped candy, and four chocolate drops to get all three pieces of the Halloween outfit. Some of the candy drops more frequently than othersテ「竄ャ窶挾layers often get chocolate from trick or treating, but wrapped candy seems somewhat rare.

Runescape Hitpoints Skill Guide

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Christmas 2008 Event Guide, FunOrb, Holiday Guides, Making Runescape Money, runescape, runescape easy money

Runescape Hitpoints Skill Guide

One of the most important concepts to understand in Runescape is that of hitpoints, sometimes called HP, health, or life points. These basically represent how many hits your character can take before he or she dies. The more hitpoints you have, the more powerful monsters you can take on and the longer you’ll be able to survive in massive battles. If your hitpoints reach zero, your character will reappear at your spawn point, which is often far away from where you died.

Your hitpoint level does determine your combat level. For every four hitpoints you have, your combat level increases by one (one hitpoint level therefore equals one/fourth combat level).

Increasing Your Hitpoints
One very important goal in Runescape is to increase your hitpoints so you can take more damage and fight stronger monsters. The best way of doing this is to fight. Each time you hit an enemy in Runescape, your hitpoints increase. The exact increase depends on how much damage you did. The basic formula is to take the damage you cause and multiply it by 1.33. Dealing 20 points of damage to a monster would, therefore, raise your hitpoints by 26. This is the most efficient way of gaining more health in Runescape, but there are other ways.

Items Available to Free Players and Members
There are two items players can use to raise their hitpoints. They include the Genie’s Lamp and the Book of Knowledge. Both can be received by completing random events. The Genie’s Lamp comes from the Genie event, while the Book of Knowledge is a reward from the Surprise Exam event.

Members Only Mini-Game Rewards
A paying member of Runescape has three more options for increasing his or her hitpoints. They include winning the Pest Control mini-game or the Tears of Guthix mini-game, although the Tears game will only increase a player’s hitpoints if it is their lowest skill. Finally, players may receive the Antique Lamp by completing various quests and by winning the Varrock Museum mini-game.

Gaining Hitpoints from Jewelry
Equipping different types of jewelry can give you more hitpoints or provide other benefits that can save your hitpoints. Here are just a few jewelry options.

The Ring of Life will instantly teleport you back to your spawn point if your hitpoints fall below ten percent. It only has one charge, however, and turns to dust after being used.

The Bracelet of Regeneration doubles your hitpoint recovery rate.

The Phoenix Necklace instantly restores 30% of your max hitpoints when your hitpoints fall below 20%. It can only be used once, however, before turning to dust.

Eating Food
Eating food is the most common way to restore any lost hitpoints. There are three different types of food in Runescape: common food, best food, and bad food.

Common food can be found in many different places, and while these foods don’t restore as many hitpoints as best foods, they do enough for most players, especially those just starting out.

Best foods, on the other hand, always heal at least 20 hitpoints and often give players a short-term status bonus. Finding these foods is more difficult than finding common foods, however.

Bad food is food that should be avoided at all costs. They can actually lower your hitpoints or poison you.

Potions
Potions are another way of increasing your hitpoints and restoring them.

Guthix’s Rest potion raises your hitpoints by five if you’re at maximum health. It also cures some poisons and restores your run energy.

Saradomin’s Brew will increase your hitpoints by 15% and your defense by 20%; however, it lowers ranged attack, magic, and strength by ten percent.

Prayers
Prayers used doing combat allow players to restore hitpoints or regain hitpoints more quickly.

The Prayer of Rapid Heal, like the Bracelet of Regeneration, doubles your hitpoint recovery rate.

The Prayer of Redemption will heal 25% of your hitpoints if they drop below ten percent. It drains all of your Prayer Points, however, so it’s not a prayer you can use very often.

Lunar Spells
There are some lunar spells that also restore hitpoints. To use them, you must have completed the Lunar Diplomacy quest and have the Lunar Magicks spellbook.

The Heal Other spell allows you to heal another player, restoring some of their hitpoints.

The Heal Group spell does the same thing as the Heal Other spell except it affects your entire group.

The Dream Spell triples your hitpoint recovery rate, but it can only be cast when you are not in combat. If something attacks you during this spell, the recovery rate returns to normal.

Ernest the Chicken

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Christmas 2008 Event Guide, FunOrb, Holiday Guides, Making Runescape Money, runescape, Runescape Banks, runescape easy money, Runescape Economy

Ernest the Chicken

Description: Veronica is very worried. Her finance went into the big spooky manor house to ask for directions. An hour later and he’s still not out yet.
Start Point: Gates of Draynor Manor
Reward: 300 coins
Quest Points: 4
Items Needed: Spade (can be gotten during quest)
Requirements: None
Length: Medium
Difficulty: Novice
To Start: Speak to Veronica.

To begin this quest, you will need to go to the gates of Draynor Manor. Once you are there, find the woman named Veronica. Talk to her and she will tell you about how her fiancee, Ernest, went into Draynor Manor one hour ago and she has not seen him since. Tell Veronica that you will help find him, then go into the mansion.

Once you are inside the doors will close and lock behind you. Walk up the staircase that is close to the doors you entered into. When you make it upstairs, take the spiral staircase up another level and you will discover a person named Professor Oddenstein. Talk to him and ask about Ernest. He will tell you that Ernest helped him with an experiment and has been turned into a chicken. Ask him to turn him back and he will tell you that gremlins stole three parts from his machine, a Rubber tube, an Oil can, and a Pressure Gauge. He will then ask you to help find the parts.

First let’s get the Oil can, go to the basement. The basement can be accessed by a secret room behind a bookcase that is in the southwest corner of Draynor Manor. It should be easy to find. Once you get inside the secret room, start down the ladder. When you arrive at the basement, you will see many different levers that will open and close different doors. This is the part that makes Ernest the Chicken so hard, and many people give up when they reach this part. Luckily, you have me.

テつサ Pull the A and B levers and open the northeast door.
テつサ Pull the D lever and go through the southwest door then proceed through the south door.
テつサ Pull the A and B levers again and open the northwest door then go through the west door followed by the north door.
テつサ Pull the F and E levers and open the east door then continue through the next east door.
テつサ Pull the C lever and head back through the northwest door and then through the west door.
テつサ Pull the E levers and open the east door then the south door followed by another south door.
テつサ Finally open the west door and grab the Oil can.

Now that you have your Oil can, we will get the Rubber tube next. Make your way to the ground floor and go to the southeast corner. Grab the spade in this room. (Unless you have gotten one already.)

Go outside through the door in the back of the room and head around the mansion to the other side. You will find a pile of compost and it will have the option to search it. Use the search option or use your spade on it and you will get a key. Go back into the house (using the front door) and use the key to open the small room behind the staircase. The room has a level 22 Skeleton, do not worry about it. Run it and grab the tube, then make a quick escape. Now you just have one more to go.

This next item is my personal favorite, The Pressure gauge! Go up the staircase and into the room south of the stairs. Pick up the Fish Food in the room and go back down the stairs. Head on over to the west side of the mansion and go into the small room next to the kitchen where you will notice some Poison. Pick up the Poison, and then use the Poison with the Fish food. This will make Poisoned Fish Food. Go back outside the mansion through the door you went through the first time and go to the southwest corner of the lawn (if you can call it a lawn, haha.) Now use the Poisoned Fish Food with the fountain. You will receive a message saying the fish have been killed. Now search the fountain and you will get the Pressure gauge.

Now simply go back into the mansion and talk to Professor Oddenstein. He will thank you for the items and then he will turn Ernest back into a human. Ernest (Ernest the Chicken) will be glad to no longer be a chicken, (who wouldn’t!) and he will reward you for your help.

Runescape Abyssal Demons

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Christmas 2008 Event Guide, Holiday Guides, runescape, runescape easy money, Runescape Guide, runescape money, Runescape Money Making Guide, Runescape Powerleveling

Runescape Abyssal Demons

There are many types of monsters in Runescape. From the smallest rat to the King Black Dragon. Today we are going to focus on a monster that could make you millions with just one drop. Yes, today we are learning about Runescape Abyssal Demons. First, let’s talk about their drops.

The most known is the Abyssal Whip, it is a rare drop, but not as rare as some. You are more likely to get an Abyssal Whip than a Rune Spear. Let me make you a chart of drop in order from least rare to most rare:

Charms:
テつサ Crimson
テつサ Blue
テつサ Green
テつサ Gold

Weapons:
テつサ Steel Battleaxe
テつサ Black Sword
テつサ Black Axe
テつサ 20 Adamant Javelins
テつサ 5 Rune Javelins
テつサ Abyssal Whip
テつサ 42 Rune Arrows
テつサ 150 Steel Arrows
テつサ Rune Spear
テつサ Rune 2H Sword
テつサ Rune Battleaxe
テつサ Dragon Spear

Armor:
テつサ Mithril kiteshield
テつサ Rune medium helmet
テつサ Rune chainbody
テつサ Rune square shield
テつサ Rune kiteshield
テつサ Dragon medium helmet

Runes:
テつサ 7 Blood runes
テつサ 10 Chaos runes
テつサ 50 Air runes
テつサ 3 Law Runes
テつサ 67 Nature runes
テつサ 45 Death runes
テつサ 45 Law Runes

Others:
テつサ Lobster
テつサ Coins
テつサ Chaos talisman
テつサ Nature talisman
テつサ Cosmic talisman
テつサ various Gems
テつサ Defense potion (3)
テつサ Various Herbs
テつサ Adamantite bar
テつサ Level 3 Clue Scroll
テつサ 60 noted pure essence
テつサ Half key
テつサ Runite bar
テつサ 100 Noted silver ore
テつサ Dragonstone
テつサ Dragon shield left half
テつサ Abyssal demon head

Therefore, as you can see, you could make a fortune on the drops alone. The Abyssal Demon is defiantly a demon, and therefore has a weakness against Silverlight and Darklight. It has a combat level of 124. This explains why it has such good drops. Apart from Silverlight and Darklight, it also has a weakness against magic. The Abyssal Demon hits very low considering their level, with a max hit of only eight damage. This makes them a excellent target when using Dharok’s or Guthan’s sets, because of the low risk of dyinh.

The Abyssal Demons possess a special ability. This ability allows the demon to teleport around the room. This can make it tricky to kill if you are trying to use meelee.

Among many slayers, the Abyssal Demon is the ultimate goal to reach. Mainly because of the Abyssal Whips that they drop, which most players in Runescape will claim is the best weapon in the game. This means that it is always on demand in the Grand Exchange, and it will sell well.

If you are looking to find the Abyssal Demons, they can easily be found at the top of the Morytania Slayer Tower, and in the depths of the dark Abyssal Area. (Which is not the Abyss by the way.) Only players with level 85 slayer can fight these monsters and get their glorious drops. If a player that does not have level 85 slayer tries to kill an Abyssal Demon, they will be dealt 10 damage almost instantly.

Random Facts about the Abyssal Demon
If you bring an Abyssal Demon Head to the Taxidermist in Canfis, they will tell you that “It’s still glowing” and the effect is preservable with magic. Even though this is said, neither the living or the stuffed versions of the Abyssal Demons glow.

During the time of the Smoking Kills quest, all of the other Slayer monsters received graphical updates, while the Abyssal Demon did not.

Abyssal Demons look a lot like Shifters in the Pest Control mini game. Shifters also teleport during battle. Could there be a connection? You can look Runescape-Blog.com tips page.

The Abyssal Whip is going for about 1,400,000 gp (minimum) on the Grand Exchange. These prices go up and down daily, so if you want to know what the price is today, go look.

Now you know all there is to know about the Abyssal Demons, you know their Strengths, their Weaknesses, their drops, everything! So why not get out there and fight one, haha! Happy Playing!

Runescape Book Guides: Would You Buy One?

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Beginners' Guide, Holiday Guides, runescape, Runescape Banks, runescape easy money

The best thing to describe this is how addicted are people with Runescape and up to what extent would they shelve out as far as real money is involved to gain full satisfaction and fulfillment? Runescape, this massive multiplayer game that has over a million players addicted to it that a day cannot pass by without them logging on to the servers, regardless if this is free or for members only.

Such a scenario is only normal. Considering that players have made Runescape a part of their lives as of late, it is nor surprising to note why people would resort to as far as actually paying and shelving out cash for items, guides and other enhancements that would help them enjoy the game all the more. Actually, there are people who have gone as far as making businesses for Runescape guides, cheats, codes and hacks. This sums up that Runescape is really more than just an online game, it is a virtual world that has technically become a part of a personテδ「テ「窶堋ャテ「窶楪「s life.

People who have not tried out Runescape would share mixed reactions. Common responses would be テδ「テ「窶堋ャテ窶廬t is just a game, so why do people have to go as far as paying money for it?テδ「テ「窶堋ャテつ Such reactions would be gathered from people who are not totally aware of how and why such online games are being groomed as the next boom that the Internet would be known for.

The whole this is really normal as far as reactions are concerned for the fact that most people are not too technically inclined and interested in such technological breakthroughs. Runescape is just one of the many breakthroughs but seriously, there have been already quite a number of them to date.

Serious Runescape players, who tend to forget the difference between reality and game play, will go at anything to be one step ahead or be among the people who are at their peak levels in the game. For some, money does not have any value as long as they get what they want. Money is the answer to most, but for the conservative players who still have some form of sanity inside of them, they would rather work their way in the natural course of the game.

So it all boils down to how much such Runescape guides and items would cost these people who want to be among the prestigious players of the Runescape world. Some Runescape guides like the テδ「テ「窶堋ャテ窶彝unescape Rags to Riches Guideテδ「テ「窶堋ャテつ will go for as far as $9.95. For some this amount would be manageable, but not all Runescape players are financially able to buy one. Technically, the people who look for such items to buy would be the adults and yuppies. For them, such an amount would be worth it. But for the younger players, waiting and playing patiently Runescape is the safer and only route for them to attain their target status and level.

Runescape Items, Runescape Item Duplicators and Rare Runescape Items
Since the start of Runescape more and more items have been added to the game. Currently there are thousands and thousands of Runescape items. Like any game, some items are more valuable than others and because of this a whole market for Runescape items has been created. The trading and collecting of Runescape items has become one of the more fun things to do in Runescape.

When you go out and play the game youテδ「テ「窶堋ャテ「窶楪「ll soon realize that certain items are trading for millions of Runescape gold. Why is this? This is because of rare Runescape items, there is only a limited number of them. The most rare items are the Holidays Drops, these are items that Jagex (the company behind Runescape) has leaves in the game every major holiday. For Christmas, Easter and Halloween items like masks and hats are spread out for free across Runescape worlds in different locations and people could only collect them on that specific day. Because of this these items have become more and more rare over the years. Runescape rare items often cost millions and millions of Runescape gold.

Though at one time in the game, still in the first version of Runescape, the market for rare items crashed. All off a sudden there were loads of rare items like Runescape pink party hats available. What happened? Someone had created a program based on a mistake in Runescape to duplicate items. The Runescape Item Duplicator was born and led to the market being flooded with rare items. The prices soon dropped of these items and Jagex noticed what was going on. They found the glitch in their system and they fixed it. Since Runescape 2 there have been no instances of Runescape Item Duplicators.

If you donテδ「テ「窶堋ャテ「窶楪「t have millions of Runescape gold but are dying to get a hold of one of these rare items there is a way. There are stores online which sell them for real money, Runescape Gold Stores. However it is really important to know this kind of trading is against the rules of Runescape and Jagex forbids it. So if you do decide to do this be sure to know this and also that there are many players who save up months for these items. Often by the time they have saved enough gold the prices have gone up though. The Runescape rare items market is a good one to be in if you have enough gold because prices just seem to continue to rise.

What not to do! Donテδ「テ「窶堋ャテ「窶楪「t be a Runescape item beggar! Throughout Runescape there are a lot of players who go around and beg for free Runescape items. Itテδ「テ「窶堋ャテ「窶楪「s not only annoying to the other players but it also takes the fun out of the game. So if you have a rare Runescape item like a santa hat that you can wear do know that when you wear it, it draws a lot of attention to you. This attention means that more and more Runescape players will come and beg to you for free items.
