How does the Runescape power leveling work?

How do I order Power Leveling?
You can only order Power Leveling for one account at the time. If you want leveling performed on several different accounts you must make separate orders. Items and accounts must also be ordered separately. You select skill, start level and end level in the item browser. Quests are also an integral part of our Power Leveling and can be included in the same order as skills. You will be prompted for Runescape account name, password and pin code for bank account during checkout. We need access to bank account in order to store and faciliate the transfer of all items required for the service you have ordered. We don’t need any recovery questions. Security is the foundation of our business and we will never ask for more information than the absolute minimum for performing the service.

Do you have any special requirements with respect to my Runescape account and the items on it?
Your Runescape account must be setup for membership for the entire duration of the Power Leveling and your selected skill start levels must match the current levels on your Runescape account. If you order a quest you must meet the skill and quest point requirements specified in the item description for that quest or alternatively order the required skill levels at the same time. The majority of our Runescape services are based on a variety of items which we supply and transfer to your account in the inital stages of the order processing. To facilitate the transfer of these items you must have at least 50K gold in your inventory or bank account. The items we transfer can be anything from Sharks for your Cooking skill to armor and weapons for your protection in the wilderness.
