Quest difficulty level: Hard.
Reward: 2 Quest points, 2.000 gp, talk to the 3 sons to get exp as well as a rune spear (kp).
Tamayu: 2,5K attack exp, 2.5K strength exp and rune spear (kp).
Tinsay: 5K cooking experience.
Tiadeche: 5k fishing experience.
You can now also catch Karambwaji and Karambwan.
Quest points gained: 2.
Required Skills: Level 30 Cooking, Level 15 Agility, Level 5 Fishing. (Level 65 fishing and 60 cooking needed if you want to catch and cook your own Karambwan).
Required Items: Net, knife, around 5.000 gp, spear better than iron (including iron), Jogre bones, seaweed, banana, karamja rum, Mortar and Pestle, 2 agility potions, bow & arrows or runes to kill a monkey.
Required Quest: You must have completed the Jungle Potion Quest.

TAI BWO WANNAI QUEST WALKTHROUGH
Timfraku thanks you for everything you have done in the jungle potion quest, and gives you a new mission. Your mission is to get his 3 sons, Tamayu, Tinsay, and Tiadeche, to return to the village.
How to get karambwanji and karambwan: you can only catch these with the proper fishing vessel so go and bug Lubufu, you can find him a little south-west of Brimhaven. It’s annoying but sooner or later you get a chance to help him out, just keep talking. He will ask you to find the bait for the vessle, you can fish it at a lake south of Tai Bow Wannai, you must catch 20 karambawnjis (fish 3-5 extra since you you’ll need them later on), and take them back to him. He will now give you a karambwan vessel that you need to catch the karambwan with. To catch karambwan, you’ll need to place a raw karambwanji in the karambwan vessel, and then fish at the fishing place next to Lubufu. Fishing karambawnjis is done with a normal small net.
Tamayu is located at the mines just south-east of quest start point. He says he will not set foot in the village until he has slain Shaikahan. Talk to him again and he will tell you that you can join him on the next hunt, but not help him out, and of course he fails. You need to bring him a agility potion, give it to him, and watch him hunt, then give him a spear of iron or better poisoned with the special karambwan, and another agility potion. Here’s how you make the kp spear; cook a karambwan and use it on a mortar and pestle (make sure the karambwan is light-green in colour, since this means that its poisoned), and then just add the paste to the spear. Give him the things, and he will be able to kill the Shaikahan, and will return to the village.
Tinsay is located on Cairn Island. This guy’s sitting around waiting for people to bring him what he wants and he doesn’t see anything wrong with it, so it is now your job to gather a few supplies.
Banana Karamja Rum: All you have to do is get a banana and with a knife cut it and use it on some rum. Karamja rum can be found on the port of Karamja Island (you might remember this from Pirates Treasure) in the shop and Bananas are picked on the tree. Once you have made this, take it back to Tinsay.
He will ask for a seaweed sandwich which requires monkey skin and seaweed, this is where it’s handy to either have runes or ranging gear. Kill one of the monkeys bouncing around, and use the skin on Tamayu. He will skin the monkey for you. You will receive monkey bones and skin save the bones and use the skin with some seaweed (can be found at the northern shore of the southern part of Karamja), you will have a seaweed sandwich, take this to Tinsay.
Next he will ask you for burnt Jorge bones marinated in karambwanji. How to do this is use Jorge bones on a furnace to burn them, use a raw karambwanji with mortar and pestle, then paste on the bones, the pasted bones on a range/stove and you’ll have your very own set of marinated Jorge bones. Do not bury them. Take these bones back to Tinsay. He has now agreed to return after you help his brother and return so just 1 more person to help out.
Tiadeche is located on the east side of the river (cross the bridge), all the way to the north. He will only return if he has a Karambwan. This son won’t accept offerings so hand him a karambwan vessel (with bait of course) to fish for himself. Now go back to Lubufu, and tell him that you need a new vessel. Once you have it, head back to Tinsay, and he will give you some crafting instructions, take these back to Tiadeche.
Now go speak to the father and the quest is complete.

Runescape SHIELD OF ARRAV QUEST STRATEGY

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: Reldo, Varrock Library (in the palace).
Quest difficulty level: Medium.
Reward: 600gp.
Quest points gained: 1.
Required Items: A few gp (100 should be enough) and a friend.
The book: Search around the library bookcases until you find a book titled ‘The Shield of Arrav’ by A R Wright and then read it.
Phoenix Gang: To join this gang, go back to Reldo and talk with him about where you can find the Phoenix Gang. He doesn’t know but tells you to ask the fur trader. Talk with the fur trader in Varrock Square. Give him 20gp for the information on where the Phoenix hideout is. Head over to the hideout, it’s in a room in the south of Varrock. Head down the stairs and talk with Straven.
VTAM Corporation: To join the VTAM Corporation you’ll need to kill Jonny the Beard in the Blue Moon Inn (west of the hideout) to get a report for Straven. Straven will then give you a key to the weapons store. The shield half is in the back in a chest.
Black Arm Gang: Ask your friend for some help. Ask them to talk to the tramp just west of the south entrance to Varrock. Ask him what’s down the alleyway, and he’ll tell them that it’s the Black Arm Gang’s hideout. Your friend must follow the alleyway and talk with Katrine. They must tell her that you know about the gang, and that you won’t tell who your source is. Tell her to try you out to prove that you’re trustworthy.
Getting the crossbows: Using the key to the weapons store go a little east of the Phoenix hideout and find the locked door. Go in and up the stairs. You will be attacked by the Phoenix master of arms. Kill him and take two crossbows. Give your friend the crossbows and they can go back to Katrine and give her the crossbows, go upstairs in the hideout, and get the shield half.
Completing the quest: Now you will have one half of the shield and your friend will have the other. Hopefully they will give you their half. Once you have both halves go to Curator in the Varrock Museum located east of the palace you started in. Talk with him, and get the 2 certificates. Give one to your friend, and then head of to the king in the Varrock palace, give him the certificate, and you’ll have completed the quest.

About Magic Carpet Transportation

Posted by: runescape  //  Category: Runescape Quests

The carpet normally costs 200gp per ride, with the Feud quest done or a Ring of Charos (a) it’s only 100gp and with both it’s 75 gp. You cannot hold anything in your weapons slot if you take the carpet. To get around this go into the desert and your Shantay Pass will disappear, just unequip your weapon and take the carpet.

You will not have to take the carpet at all if you have completed the Enakhra’s Lament quest and have your Camulet ready. It has 4 charges and can be recharged by using Ugthanki Dung (camel dung) on it.

You can also use the Fairy Ring teleportation system if you have started Fairy Tale Part 2: Cure a Queen and reached the point where you learn about the Fairy Rings. The fairy ring combination is “BIQ,” and it will bring you to outside of the Kalphite Lair.

There is also the Pharaoh’s Sceptre found in the Pyramid Plunder minigame that can be used to teleport to the Desert Treasure Pyramid (Jaldraocht).

And finally the house teleport if you have a house in Pollnivneach.

The Archaeologist
As rumors abound you must have heard them and being interested in adventures like any good adventurer you will want to go off and find this treasure.

To start this adventure you must talk to the Archaeologist at the Bedabin Camp right beside the Magic Carpet. If you have not completed all of the quests that are required for this quest than he will just be ‘lost in his thoughts’. If you have completed all the quests required than he will tell you that he thinks there is a treasure in the desert and he wants you to take some notes to the Terry Balando, the Archaeological Expert at the Exam Center.

Talk to Balando with the notes and he looks at them. Talk to him again and he will give you the translated notes. Bank and get 650 coins (plus some for the magic carpet if needed), 12 Magic Logs, 6 Steel Bars, 6 Molten Glass, 1 Blood Rune, some Ashes, some Normal Bones, and Charcoal, note all of the items. Return the translated notes to the Archaeologist and he says it confirms what he thought and that if you help him he’ll chip you in for part of the reward. Agree and he tells you to go search around the Bandit Camp to the south.

Eblis and the Scrying Glass

Note: Before going to the Bandit Camp make sure you aren’t wearing anything related to Saradomin or Zamorak like Holy/Unholy symbols, their God Capes/Staffs, etc. If you do the Bandit’s will attack you (this is multi combat area so you may get attacked by a lot of Bandits). They are only level 57 but if they swarm you they can be very annoying and dangerous if you have low Defense. And you can’t talk to anyone while being attacked anyways. Guthix items don’t effect them (I’m wearing a Guthix’s cape in the picture below).
Go to the camp and buy a beer (Bandit’s Brew) from the bartender for 650 coins. Then talk to him about the 4 gems (the lowest talk option, and he will say Crystals not Gems) and he will tell you to talk to Eblis (eastern side of the camp, just south of the general store near the south side of a building there). Go talk to him and he will tell you about the god wars and eventually ask you if you want to help and then he will ask you for some material to make a Scrying Glass.
Use all the other items that he needs (you should have them all noted and ready), Magic Logs, Molten Glass, Steel Bars, Ashes, Blood Rune, Charcoal, and regular Bones. Use them on him, he won’t take them from you if you just talk to him. He will go set up the Scrying Glass and tell you to come meet him when you’re ready. Go to the top of a little hill with 6 mirrors on it that he wanders around and talk to him. Then look into each of the mirrors, which will show you a little cut scene of each place you will need to visit.
Note: You will want to bank the gems as fast as possible once you have them because while you carry them around there is a chance that a Level 95 Stranger will appear with a Ddp++ and attack you (usually near a bank), possibly using the special, so you do not want to carry around the Diamonds any more than you have to.

If you lose any of the Diamonds, you can find them in the area where you got them:

Shadow - in Damis’ Lair
Smoke - in the Smoky Well
Ice - from the Ice Troll Child
Blood- in front of Dessous’ tomb.
Additional Note: The item and equipment lists are only suggestions, change them as you wish to fit your preferences.

FIGHT ARENA QUEST WALKTHROUGH

Khazard Armour: Head east of Servil and search the cupboards and chests in one of the houses there. You will find a Khazard helmet and a Khazard chainmail.

Now head of to the pub near by and talk to the bartender to get a Kheli Brew. Go back to the guard and give him the lovely brew. He’ll get drunk and give you the key for Jeremy’s cell.
Jeremy: Go to his cell and free him. He will go off to help his father in the fight arena.

After killing him (or just running if he’s to hard for you), go back to Lady Servil and claim your reward.

Runescape RECOMMENDED QUESTS

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

RECOMMENDED QUESTS
Recommendation One:
Do the quest in Falador. Talk to the man in the second floor of the castle for a quest about black knights. Get the Iron Chain Mail found behind Falador Castle. Buy it for about 120 GP. A bronze helmet can be found anywhere. Get some cabbage and go to the black knight castle. Push on walls that are called “Odd walls” and drop the cabbage in a hole to complete the quest. The reward is 2,000 GP.
Recommendation Two: Do the Lost Ghost quest at the graveyard. If you finish this, you will get about 5 or 6 prayer points.

THE Runescape Walkthrough / FAQ

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Uncategorized

Easy money
Go to Port Sarim, west of Draynor village, and ask one of the people in the blue uniforms to go to Karamja and pay them 30 GP. When you get there, walk off the dock and you should see a house. Enter the house and talk to a man named Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas. Answer “Yes”, pick bananas, put them in the crate, then talk to Luthas to collect your moderately earned 30 GP. If you would like more money in multiples of 30, ask him to get another 30 GP for doing the job again. Stay here for a long time if you need to spend several thousand on items.

Go to Port Sarim and do the banana thing and put a bottle of rum in the crate then go in and collect your GP. Then go back outside and to Port Sarim get a white apron and go get a job in the grocery store at Sarim. Search the crate in the back and take the rum and some bananas. Then go to the bar in Sarim, give the drunk the rum and then, when you are done, go up to varrock or someplace and sell the bananas.
