Runescape HAUNTED MINE QUEST STRATEGY

Starting location: Speak with Zealot in the Mines in Morytania, located south-west of Mort’ton.
Quest difficulty level: Medium.
Reward: 22.000 strength exp. and the crystal to make a Salve Amulet (just use a string of wool on the crystal), which increases your attack and strength with 15% when fighting the undead. It also gives you +3 defence to all.
Quest points gained: 2.
Required Skills: Level 15 Agility, 35 Crafting and ability to defeat a level 95 enemy. Protect from Missiles (level 40 prayer) recommended. 
Required Items: Chisel and Food. Prayer and super energy potion(s) recommended. As always when fighting high level monsters, dragon amulet, ring of duelling or other means of teleportation is a good idea.
Monsters: Treus Dayth (level 95).
NPC: Zealot (Quest start in the Mines in Morytania, located south-west of Mort’ton).

 

HAUNTED MINE QUEST WALKTHROUGH
Zealot: After speaking with Zealot (telling him that you are a follower of Saradomin), pickpocket him to get the key he didn’t want to give you when speaking to him. Go south and you should come to a mining cart, climb over it and follow the road and you’ll come to the entrance of the mine (Cart tunnel).
The crazy mining cart: Once inside, work your way west until you see another cart tunnel, go out, head south and go in the other tunnel. You should now see a ladder a little east of you. Go down and head east, you should see another ladder here, go down that, and look at your mini-map. You should see a yellow dot, this is a mine cart moving around, be careful and don’t get hit by it as it’ll do damage to you. It’s a good idea to have run on now, there’s some ’safe spots’ where you can stand while the cart moves on the track, stand here until the cart is far enough away for you to make it to the next safe spot. At the end of the track you’ll find a ladder, go down.
The levers: As you make your way north through the cave, pick a glowing fungus. Go north-west and you should come to a mine cart with a ’search’ option. Use your fungus on this. Now go a little north-east and you should find some levers. Examine them all, and Pull A, B, D and E, and then head north-west, past the points settings board, and you should find the levers F-K, here you pull I and J. If you fail, make sure you pick a new fungus and place it in the cart (You fail when your cart sinks).
Back up and down again: Now head all the way back to the first level of the cave, and go down the ladder right before the place where you went out of the cave. Go north-east and down the ladder there. Go west, and down the ladder there, and you should see the mine cart from before. Search it to find the fungus, and then go back up the ladder. Head east, and make your way to the ladder going down, watch out though, there’s another cart moving around there. When you’re down there, take the eastern road, and you should end up at a water valve. Make sure you have 80%+ energy left, and then use the Zealot’s Key on the valve, after this, run into the lift and go down.
Treus Dayth: You should now be plunged in a chamber filled with water. Go east and down the stairs and prepare for the final fight. In the middle of the room there’s a crate with an ‘innocent looking key’ on it. Try to take this and you’ll be attacked. Put protection from missiles on to protect you from the flying axes, and hunt Treus Dayth down. Go through the east door, up the stairs, west until you get to another set of stairs, go down. There’s a large door on the south side, go in, and head south-east until you find some crystal outcrop. Use your chisel to cut some and you’ve completed the quest.

Runescape ERNEST THE CHICKEN QUEST STRATEGY

Starting location: Talk to Veronica at the gates of Draynor Manor. You need to find her fiancé Ernest.
Veronica is very worried. Her fiancé went into the big spooky manor house to ask for directions. An hour later and he hasn’t come out.
Quest difficulty level: Medium.
Reward: 300gp.
Quest points gained: 4.

ERNEST THE CHICKEN QUEST WALKTHROUGH
Ernest: You find him in the top floor of the mansion, but he has been turned to a chicken. Help the professor to turn him back to human.
Rubber Tube: Take the spade from the kitchen and dig the compost outside the mansion (west side). You will have to exit the mansion through the kitchen door. You will find a key. Use it on the locked door inside the mansion.
Oil Can: Search the bookcase in the room with the red carpet on the ground floor, and you will find a secret entrance to the next room. Go down the ladders. You need to pull the right levers here to get the Oil can. This is the right combination:
Pull A, Pull B, Go north eastern door, Pull D, Go south western door, Go southern door, Pull A, Pull B, Go north western door, Go western door, Go northern door, Pull E, Pull F, Go eastern door, Go eastern door, Pull C, Go north western door, Go western door, Pull E, Go eastern door, Go southern door, Go southern door, Go western door.
Pressure Gauge: Take fish food from the 2nd floor. Take the poison from the witch’s room and use it with the fish food. Go outside and use the poisoned fish food on the fountain. Search the fountain.
Professor: He turns Ernest back to human after you bring the items he needed.

Runescape CLOCK TOWER QUEST STRATEGY

CLOCK TOWER QUEST STRATEGY
Starting location: Inside the Clock Tower, south of Ardougne. Talk to Brother Kojo.
Quest difficulty level: Medium.
Reward: 500gp.
Quest points gained: 1.
Required Skills: You must be able to defeat or run from at least one level 53 ogre.
CLOCK TOWER QUEST WALKTHROUGH
When you go down into the basement, you will see a square on the floor with four different colours. They will all point to the way to go to get the cog of that colour.
White Cog: First find the rat poison. This is in the basement of the clock tower. Try to find where the cages of dungeon rats are and on that hallway you will find the rat poison. Pull the levers, first lever that you’ll find will be up and last one will be down. Now the gates should open. Use rat poison with the trough and then go to the closed gate. It will open, now get the cog and go upstairs. Go to the upper most floor and put the white cog on the white pole.
Blue Cog: Go outside and head east until you find a monk with barrels and go down the ladder and continue until you see an odd looking wall, push it and get the blue cog. Go in the Tower and put it on the second floor blue pole.
Red Cog: Go down to the basement again, and enter the south-eastern door, go all the way to the end of the hallway, and you’ll see some ogres. Go past the ogres and get the red cog and put it on the first floor on the red pole.
Black Cog: Get a bucket of water. (A bucket is near the drunk monk at the barrels. Use bucket with well to get bucket of water). Go down into the basement and go to the spiders, put the water on the cog and then pick it up. Put the black cog on the black pole in the basement.

Olaf’s Quest

Start Point: Olaf Hradson, who is Northeast of Rellekka (faster to use the Fairy Ring Combo DKS)
Items Needed: Tinderbox, Hatchet (any metal), Spade, Food for Olaf (acquired during the quest), Equipment to face a level 100 melee-oriented Skeleton
Skill Requirements:Level 50 Woodcutting, Level 40 Firemaking, high Agility is an advantage
Quest Requirements: The Fremmenik Trials

Go north-east of Rellekka and talk to Olaf.

Olaf’s ancestors were great adventurers and explorers. He wanted to prove he’s as good as they were, so he recently set off on his first voyage. But a strong storm destroyed his ship – now he sits on the shore, thinking how to avoid the humiliation of failing. Agree to help him.

Olaf wants you to bring him some logs from a tree just to the east. Cut some logs from it and bring it back to him. He will carve two sturdy figures from them and ask you to bring them to his wife and son, so they believe he is far away, on an exotic island.

Ingrid Hradson is just east of the entrance to Rellekka. She will reward you with some bread. Volf Olafson is in the northern part of Rellekka, by the shore. He will reward you with a cooked shark.

Go back to Olaf. He is freezing – you need to light a fire for him. Use the fireplace next to him and the logs he gave you.

Now Olaf will want some of your food. Once you give it to him, he will give you his grandfathers treasure map.

The X on the map marks a place 2 spaces down from the tree that you chopped earlier for Olaf. Dig there with a spade and you will fall down to a big cave.

Keep to the east path until you come to a wall with a picture on it.

What you need to do is pull the levers next to the image of the skull in the order shown on the screenshot.

Go north, to the shore. You will find a broken, slippery bridge (if you fall of the bridge, you will find yourself north of Olaf – just go back). You need to fix it with 2 rotten barrels and 6 ropes which you will find under the wall.

Use your ropes with two broken places on the bridge. You will come to a closed gate.

Go back to the cave and kill any Skeleton Fremennik (level 40). They will drop a key to the gate.

Go back to the gate. Click on the keyhole that resembles your keys shape.

Go to the other side of the bridge. Open the chest in the middle of the cave.

Kill the level 100 skeleton, Ulfric.
