——————————————————————————–

Getting Started

First, talk to Redbeard Frank about any treasure he may know about. Usually he can be found near the Rusty Anchor Bar in Port Sarim, and he says that he will tell you about treasure if you get him some Karamja Rum. So, travel along the walkway and talk to either of the 3 sailors near the boat. When they ask if you want to take a trip to Karamja for 30gp, say yes.

Getting the Rum

Once on Karamja, follow the dirt road until you reach the bar owned by Zambo. Speak with him and buy some Karamja Rum for 30gp. Now, you need to smuggle the Rum off of the island because the Customs Officer will not allow you to bring it to the mainland.

Head back down the road and talk to Luthas, the banana plantation owner about a job. He says that he will pay you 30gp for each crate of bananas you fill up. Pick about 10 bananas from the trees behind his house, and then walk up to the crate on the other side of the building. Now use the Karamja Rum with the crate to store it, and then pack the crate with bananas.

Talk to Luthas again to collect 30gp, and then leave the island by speaking to the Customs Officer and letting her check you for anything you shouldn’t have with you. Once you’re off of the island, go to Wydin’s Grocery Store and try to get into the back room. Ask him for a job, and he says that you need a White Apron to work for him. You can find one hanging up on a hook behind the counter of the Fishing Shop (next door to the Grocery Store). Go into the back room and search the crate in the middle of the floor for the Rum.

The Pirate’s Treasure

Bring the Rum back to Redbeard Frank, who gives you a Chest Key. He says that there’s a chest upstairs in the Blue Moon Inn, so head to Varrock. Upstairs in the pub is a chest, and after unlocking it with the key you should find a Pirate Message that reads “Visit the city of the White Knights, in the park Saradomin points to the X which marks the spot.” It looks like we’re going to Falador.

You’re going to need a Spade to dig up the buried treasure, and you can find one in the small house just east of the Furnace in Falador. In the garden you will see a statue of Saradomin pointing west. Right in front of him is a flower bed that crisscrosses like an X, so walk towards the center of it, right-click on the ground and select the “dig” option. Before you can dig the treasure up however, you’ll be attacked by a level 4 Gardener. After killing him, dig the treasure up to complete the quest!

Rewards

Treasure: A Cut Emerald, Gold Ring and 450gp.

Ernest the Chicken

Start: Begin by speaking to Veronica outside Draynor Manor. Skills: None! Quests: None! What You Need: A Pressure Gauge, Rubber Tube, Oil Can, Fish Food, a bottle of Poison, a Spade, and a Small Key. Scroll down to the end of the guide to find a ‘Fast Quest Walkthrough’. ——————————————————————————– Getting Started First off, speak to Veronica who will be wandering around near the gate of Draynor Manor. The manor is just north of Draynor Village. She says that she’s in trouble, and tell her that you can help. Continue north along the path until you reach a large building and go inside. Climb the first set of stairs in the room, and then climb the smaller staircase leading to the third floor. Talk to Professor Oddenstein, the eccentric-looking scientist in the room, and ask him about Ernest. The Professor says that he has turned him into a chicken. Tell him to change him back, and he says that his machine is broken and he needs several parts to get it running again. He needs a Pressure Gauge, a Rubber tube, and an Oil Can. Pressure Gauge & Rubber Tube With the list of needed items to get the machine running again, go back down the stairs leading to the second floor. Walk past the other set of stairs and notice the box of Fish Food on the floor across from the stairs. Pick it up and go down the stairs leading to the ground floor. Now go through the north door, and into the kitchen to the west. Next to the stove is a door, and in the small room is a bottle of Poison. Now leave the kitchen and head into the room with a black and grey checkered floor. Next to the stairs is a room with a Spade in the corner. Pick it up and leave through the door. Walk around the Mansion, first to the north, and then to the west. When you come upon a Compost Heap, walk up to it and use your spade with it to find a Small Key. Continue south until you reach a fountain filled with vicious Piranhas. Use the Poison with the Fish Food to poison it, and then use the Poisoned Fish Food with the fountain to kill them. Search it to find the Pressure Gauge. Now walk to the east and go back into the Manor. Just past the staircase is a small closet. Use the Small Key with the door and pick up the Rubber Tube . The Oil Can Leave the closet and walk into the room with a pink floor and search the bookcase on the west wall to find a secret door. Now climb down the ladder into a basement filled with small rooms and levers on the walls. This is the tricky part of the quest, and you need to pull the levers in order and continue into the correct room. To help you with this quest, I’ve made a map of the maze with the levers and doors which you can follow. Each lever has it’s own color on this map, and each of the doors are labeled from 1-9, which is how directions are given to completing the maze. First, pull levers A and B down. Go through door 1 and pull lever D down. Walk through doors 2 and 3, and pull levers A and B up. Go back through door 3, and through 4 and 5. Pull levers E and F down, and head out door 6, and through door 7. Now pull lever C down, and go back through doors 7 and 6. Pull lever E up and go through doors 6, 8 and 3. Now you can go through door 9 and pick up an Oil Can. Fixing the Machine Now go back up the ladder and pull the lever on the wall to open the secret door up. Head back upstairs to Professor Oddenstein and give him the parts to the machine. He’ll fix it and turn Ernest back into a human, and you’ve finished the quest! Runescape SHILO VILLAGE QUEST STRATEGY

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: To start the quest go to the far south end of Karamaja. You will have to fight your way through jungle spiders, jogres, snakes and monkeys! Cross the slippery log and the stepping stones. Talk to Mosol Rei. He will say Rashiliyia, the queen of the dead, has returned.
Quest difficulty level: Hard.
Reward: 3,915 Crafting exp.
Quest points gained: 2.
Required Skills: Level 32 agility, level 20 crafting and must have completed jungle potion quest.
Introduction: This quest has lots of bad things that seem to want you dead… so I would strongly recommend you bring armour and food. Also bring a spade (which can be found in Draynor Mansion) bring a rope and a lit candle or torch (you can buy these at the general store by Trufitus).

Trufitus: Go to Trufitus with the wampum belt that Mosol rei gave you then tell him that you’ll help find the temple.
The temple: Go to the east side of the island and walk south along the coast till you find a log. Cross it and continue southward. To the west you should see a collection of rocks and a mound of earth. Dig there with your spade. You’ll discover a fissure. Use your candle on the fissure (it will burn out) then use the rope on it and climb down. Work your way past a few undead ones till you see a “cave in”. Search it then wiggle into it. Search the ‘loose rocks’ at the first corner and you will get a scroll. Now go down further and you will find some sacks. Search these and get another scroll. Right at the end of the tunnel you find some gallows, search it and you receive some remains. There are two ways to get out, either go back to where the broken table is and make a raft from it or go to the end of the path and click on the rocks. Now go back to Trufitus.
Trufitus: Use the scrolls and remains on him. Then read the scrolls yourself. Now go to the statue near Trufitus hut and bury the remains. A ghost will pop up - listen to him and he will give you a bone shard. Go back and tell Trufitus that you buried the remains, he will then tell you about a tomb you have to find.
Tomb of Bervirius: Trufitus will tell you about a tomb that lies south west of his hut. Go there. You’ll have to climb up a rock cliff and cross a rope bridge to get to an island. Go down the side and search the rocks. Once you’ve climbed in go to the back of the room and search the table. Here you will find the hilt to a sword and a locating crystal. Search it again to find a blue scroll. Climb the rocks and return to Trufitus. Use the items you have found on him and he’ll tell you to make a bronze necklace.
Necklace: To make the necklace go to the general store north of the anvil and buy a chisel, bronze bar, hammer. Use chisel on the pummbel to get beads. Use the bronze bar on the anvil and make bronze wire. Use the beads with the wire to make beads of the dead.
Tomb of Rashillya: Go across the slippery log once more. Once you get off the log go north, there you will fine some bright palm trees, search them to find a doorway (make sure you are wearing the beads of the dead) once you reveal the doors you need to use the bone shard on them… it will say it does not fit, now you can use your chisel on the bone shard to get the bone key. Use the key on the door and enter (make sure you have armour and food) go through the gate and climb down the rocks. Get ready to run… keep going west until you find tomb doors. Kill a few zombies and skeletons to get 3 bones. Use them all on the door then open it. Be prepared to fight a level 91, 68 and 93. Look at the tomb dolmen and the ground will shake. You have to fight 3 consecutive battles. After you defeat them all Rashillya’s bones will appear on the table. Take them.
Quest completion: Take the remains to Trufitus and he tells you to look over your artefacts. Take the remains to the tomb of Bervirius and set Rashillya’s bones on the tomb dolmen.

Runescape REGICIDE QUEST STRATEGY

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: Get a messenger from King Lathas (after completing underground pass).
Difficulty level: Hard.
Reward: 15k cash, around 13.000-15.000 agility exp. Access to west Runescape where you can buy Halberds.
Quest points gained: 3.
Required: You must have completed underground pass, be able to beat a level 110 creature.
Required Skills: 56 agility (higher preferred), high thieving preferred (for underground pass part).
Required Items: Pickaxe, hatchet, tinderbox, lots of food (the higher the better), a cure poison potion, bow, arrow (maybe 2) (bronze will do), spade and rope, also take either a charged drag. ammy or some teleport runes, and good armour (to beat the level 110) 5-7 coal, pestle and mortar, pot, shears or 4 balls of wool.
Monsters: Rabbits (level 2), Tyras Guard (level 110)
NPC: King Lathas, King Tyras, Koftic, Lord Lorwerth, Tracker, General.

REGICIDE QUEST WALKTHROUGH
After you get the messenger, go to King Lathas in his castle in East Ardougne. He will tell you to kill his brother and find a fast way to west Runescape instead of underground pass. To start, take the following items from bank: Pickaxe, hatchet, tinderbox, lots of food (the higher the better), bow, arrow (maybe 2) (bronze will do), spade and rope, also take either a charged dragon amulet or some teleport runes, and good armour (to beat the level 110).
Now go to the underground pass and go inside. On the sides you will see some rocks, climb over them, and then continue your way climbing more rocks. You’ll find Koftic here, talk to him. Koftic will give you a wet piece of clothing, use an arrow with it, use the clothed arrow on the fire and you will get a lit arrow. Now you need to shoot the lit arrow at the guide rope on the bridge across the river. To do this go into the room to the north with your bow and arrow equipped. Make sure you’re not standing against the fences or it’ll say “can’t reach that” when you attempt to fire at the guide rope. Fire the guide rope and you’ll walk across the bridge, from here continue west, until you reach a gap, use the rope on a rock above it and swing over.
If you continue along the path, you’ll find some grids on the ground. Take the one most to your right to start on, then walk up one, walk one to the left, and then just all the way up towards the gate. Pull the lever there and you’ll go through the gate. Run on disabling some traps using strange signs on the walls.
After this go down the well in the next room, run on and go into the first cell. Here use your spade on the mud or just left click spade when standing in front of it. Continue on your way and you will find a ledge. Balance on it and then continue past some zombies. After these you’ll find 3 paladins, ignore all these creatures and just run on until you find a gate, go through it.
Now go south to the middle way into the maze, just keep going south jumping some holes, and you’ll see some Iban disciples, go their way, you don’t need ropes so leave them be, go up the stairs into the temple, then talk to Koftic, after this go down the well. Make sure you get some prayer here you’ll need it later on.
From here, run north, you’ll be approached by an elf, which is shot by 2 others. These others will tell you to go to a camp north-west. It’s pretty close. Just run to the west, then south over some leaves, make sure you either right-click and select jump or left-click jump them, instead of simply running over. You might fail a few times and it’ll hit you 15 so be very careful. Now, head further west, but not yet north, in the west you’ll find another trap, try to make it across. After this, head north towards another jump-leaves hole, if you’re low on health and food already, don’t pass it yet, in the south are a few rabbits, kill some and cook their meat, it heals 5 hp.
After you’re passed the leaves, head north, to the balance log, walk over it into the camp, find Lord Lorwerth of the camp and talk to him. After this, head south again, back over the balance log and past the first leaves, keep going south, kill some more rabbits for food if you need it. Now go east until you find the tracker, he’ll ask you for proof that you are to be trusted, for this, head back to the camp and talk to Lord Lorwerth again. He’ll give you a pendant.
Take this pendant to the tracker, he’ll tell you some stuff about searching tracks, go west to find some footprints and follow them, after this talk to the tracker once more and he’ll tell you how to follow the footprints, you no longer need the pendant (more space for rabbit meat). Now you can pass ALL dense forest you’ll find. So go back to the footprints and walk through the dense forest, be careful! This is the point where you get attacked by a level 110 Tyras guard, get good health first, make sure your prayer is up and feel free to use it all at this point.
If you kill the guard, continue to the west, you’ll find 4 yew trees, you won’t need them for the quest but they make a great spot to train firemaking. Now head north, you can step over the trap-wire. You can still be hit by the arrows, which will hit 5 twice (so 10 total) and poison you! If you brought a cure poison potion, use a dose, if not, just let the poison wear out but watch your health carefully.
Now continue past some bears, if you have a reasonable combat level and have your good armour just kill them for some food if you want, otherwise head on, ignore the catapult for now and head south through dense forest, talk to the general in the camp. He won’t give you anything, just talk. If you have inventory space, then take some barrels from here (one should do but two or three would be a lot safer). Also, there is a general shop here that sells all halberds, including dragon (for 320k!) Now head back to Lord Lorwerth, and he’ll give you a book. It’ll tell you to go to a chemist but don’t do so yet!
First, head east through some dense forest, you’ll find a city, leave it be and head further east, until you find some jump-leaves, jump them (there aren’t any rabbits here so take plenty of food for your trip back). After this head further east, you’ll see two dire wolfs, run behind the white rocks so they can’t attack you. Mine these rocks for limestone, take 2 of them.
Now head to the tracker, south of him you’ll find a swamp. Use your barrel with it to get swamp tar (if you have more barrels, fill them all). Next to this you’ll see some sulphur, take one. Now use your teleport runes or dragon amulet to get back to the civilized world. Before you go to the chemist, take about 5-7 coal, your book and the tar barrel, if you have 10-13 coal you can take it as well, the more the easier it’ll be but you won’t actually need it all.
Now go to the west of Rimmington, to the chemist, he’ll read your book. Then just walk away or click the I won’t bother trying option. Go outside his house to the still. To operate the still, read the following part totally before trying it!
Use your tar barrel on the still, a window will pop up, you can turn the right heat valve up once, by pressing to the right of it, right after this turn the left pressure valve up once, then the heat again, then the pressure again, this will give you the best situation to work with, now it’s easy, just click the furnace to add coal and see the heat arrow on the right go up. You don’t have to push it all the way in the beginning, be careful not to push it past the green. If you have plenty of coal, don’t even let it reach the green part to start with, the tar will be slowly completed anyway, you can see this on the green status bar filling. You’ll slowly have to get the heat higher to keep it going. If you succeed, you’ll get naphtha, use your empty barrel with the still to get it out.
Now head to Falador bank, get your pestle and mortar and a pot. Use your pestle and mortar on the sulphur to grind it and then add it to the barrel. Now make sure you have your pot in your inventory. Then use your limestone on the furnace, grind the result but remember, without a pot you’ll spill it all and will have to get more! After this, use it on the barrel, you should now have a barrel bomb.
Get some shears from the bank to shear four sheep for their wool and use it on a spinning wheel, or of course just get 4 balls of wool from your bank. Make sure you have four! Now put everything you don’t need back, all you’ll need is: barrel bomb, rope, bow, arrow, spade, hatchet, tinderbox, the 4 balls of wool, charged amulet of glory/teleport runes, some food for damage taken from traps and maybe 2 doses of cure poison and if you wish to buy a dragon halberd, bring 325k. You won’t actually need your armour, I took it but I really could’ve used some more energy so try to leave it and just take a weapon (for rabbits).
Head back through the underground pass, consult earlier parts of this guide if it gives you any trouble. Go to the camp of Lord Lorwerth (the elven camp). You’ll find a loom in 1 of the tents, use your wool on it. Use the cloth you get on your barrel bomb.
Now head in the direction of the tracker, kill a rabbit and cook the meat, but don’t eat it, you’ll need it! Now head through the dense forest west of the tracker, back to the catapult, remember to try and step over the trap-line, maybe use cure poison when failing. Now head to the catapult.
Read this entire part before continuing! You’ll have to be swift, but don’t rush yourself, use the cooked rabbit on the catapult guard, now use the barrel bomb on the catapult, from here you’ll see a short animation and a tent burning. No need to go there anymore (unless you want to buy a dragon halberd (325k)). Go back to Lord Lorwerth, he’ll give you proof that you killed King Tyras. He’ll tell you about a route past the mountains, just teleport out instead. After this head to King Lathas.
When attempting to enter the castle, you’ll be approached by an elf. She’ll let you read the scroll. Read it, and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what the next quest in this ongoing story will be about. Talk to king Lathas anyway to claim your reward. You’ll be contacted later for part 5 of this ongoing quest. Good job!

Runescape OLAF’S QUEST STRATEGY

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: Talk to Olaf Hradson at the mouth of the Fremennik hunting area.
Quest difficulty level: Easy.
Reward: 12000 Defense, 20000 Coins, 4 cut rubies.
Quest points gained: 1.
Required Quests: Fremennik Trials.
Required Skills: Level 40 Firemaking, Level 50 Woddcutting, High level Agility (60+) would be an advantage.
Required Items: Woodcutting axe, tinderbox, spade.
Monsters: Skeleton fremennik (Level 40), Skeleton fremennik (Level 50), Skeleton fremennik (Level 60), Ulfric (Level 100).
NPC: Olaf Hradson, Ingrid Hradson, Volf Olafson.
Speak to Olaf Hradson south of the Fremennik hunting area. He asks you to help him make his family proud by deceiving them. He needs you to take carvings to his wife and son, with the claim that he is on a distant island. However, his carvings are no good with damp wood so he’ll need fresh wood from a windswept tree up on the cliff. Head to the north part of the cliff east of Olaf. Cut some logs from it. Then speak to Olaf and he will carve the wood into two crude carvings. His family is in Rellekka, so head southwest to the city. Take the carvings to each family member. Ingrid Hradson is wandering around near the well east of the long hall. Give her Olaf’s gift from the Island of Obscurity. Though she doubts the gift is genuinely tribal, she rewards you with fresh baked bread. Volf Olafson is walking about north of the long hall, near the helmet shop and sand pit. Give him Olaf’s carving (also from the Island of Obscurity) and he will reward you with a cooked shark.
Return to Olaf to tell him you have succeeded in delivering the gift. He will be too cold to care and needs a fire to warm up. He’ll provide damp planks, so you simply need to light the driftwood embers to get the fire going. Speak to Olaf again and he will ask for some food before he is willing to give you the map. After he has eaten (the first food in your inventory), he will tell you he believes the map to be cursed. With that warning, he will give you the last map Sven the Helmsman ever made showing the location of his treasure.

Look at the map to find the treasure is right up the cliff. Climb the cliff and dig right next to the windswept tree. You will fall into a dungeon. Head east, then all the way north, and finally west to the picture wall. Kill a Skeleton fremennik and pick up the key it drops. Search the wall to bring up a puzzle. In the top segment of levers, pull each lever one time, then pull the lever in the bottom segment. Search the picture wall again to go past it.

Head north and grab two rotten barrels and six ropes from their respective spawns. If you did not kill a Skeleton fremennik earlier, kill one now for the key. Walk onto the bridge and go across. At each gap use a rotten barrel on the walkway. The bridge is very slippery, and you might fall into the water at any time. If you do, you will end up slightly north of Olaf with any weapon or shield unequipped. According to Jagex, every time you fall on the bridge, your character learns how to deal with it thus a lower chance of slipping the next time. Halfway across the bridge, you will find a gate which you should try to open. Note the shape of your key’s handle, and use it on the lock of the same shape. Should you fall off after the gate, you will need to kill another Skeleton fremennik for a new key.

Go to the wreck of the old ship and open the chest. A giant skeleton named Ulfric will arise from the nearby grave and attack you. This is a typical battle with a relatively low defense level 100. Melee protection prayer will completely defend you. After defeating Ulfric, open the chest again. This time you succeed, and in it is your reward.

Bonemeal: Take some bones upstairs. If you don’t have any, go to the north-west to find a farm with dead chickens and dead cows to get some bones from them. Use your bones on the bone-grinder to the north. Now left-click it again to spin it’s wheel. After this, use your pot on it.
Ecto-tokens: Go back to the strange ectofunctus structure in the middle and left click it to worship it. Do this as many times as you wish before talking to the disciple and he will keep track of how many tokens to give you. You will get 5 tokens for each Ectoplasm + Bonemeal combination. Make sure you wear your Amulet of Ghostspeak when talking to him. You will need 33 ecto-tokens for the entire quest. Now you can go inside the city to the south. It will cost you 2 tokens.
Velorina: Once inside you will be able to start the quest at the quest point on your map by talking to Velorina. Again make sure you wear your Amulet of Ghostspeak. You can either reply that you know the story of the city or if you are interested reply you don’t know it and read a (quite long) story. Offer to help her with her problem. You have now started the quest. If you are in need of a bank you will have to head south from the quest start.
The plead: Go back to the temple and talk to Necrovarus there. He will get upset that you talked to Velorina and threaten you. Since Velorina did mention another possibility, go back to her. You will have to pay another 2 ecto-tokens.
The refusal: Velorina will tell you about an old friend of hers who was once a disciple of Necrovarus but walked away. This was before they all died. You will have to go and find her. You can take all the stuff needed for this part from the bank now, or later at Canifis, which is a little further, but lighter if you intend to run.
Items for this part: Gloves, bowl of water, bucket of milk.
The old crone: The woman is located in a small wooden house, next to the slayer castle, north from the Canifis slayer master. She will tell you that she can’t remember a thing at her age, but maybe some nettle tea will refresh her memory. Go to a nettle plant, these are located a little bit east from the slayer master. Make sure you are wearing gloves when you try to pick them, otherwise you’ll get stung. Now use the nettle with a filled bowl of water and then on a fire. You’ll get nettle tea.
Her own cup: Go back to the old lady, she will not be satisfied. She wants the tea out of her own cup where she always drinks from and she will hand over this cup to you. Now use your nettle tea with the special cup. Make sure you have your bucket of milk. She drinks her nettle tea with milk, so use the bucket on the cup. Wear your Amulet of Ghostspeak again. Now she will accept it and tell you that there is a spell to expand your Amulet of Ghostspeak to make it so you can control ghosts. It can only be used once though. She will tell you that she needs 3 items for this part, the book of Haricanto, the Robes of Necrovarus and a translation manual.
Items for this part: Silk, needle, thread, knife, dyes. Take whatever you need to kill a level 32, 29 ecto-tokens, spade, oak longbow. You can leave the spade, longbow and 25 of the tokens in your bank.
The first map piece: To start off, talk to the old woman again and tell her that she’s done so much and that you would like to do something in return. She will tell you about her son that’s missing and give you a model boat. Now you’ll need to use a piece of silk with the boat while the needle, treat and knife are in your inventory. You will make a sail. Now go to the east of the old lady’s shack, past the castle for the Fenkenstrain quest and further on until you find a broken down pirate ship. It’s north west of the farm with dead cows. Enter the boat and go up one of the ladders, to the south side of the boat you will find another ladder, go up again. You will have to search the mast there during low wind to find out what colour the bottom, the skull and the top of the sail have. You might want to take a note of the 3 colours. Paint the model boat flag in the exact same colours by using dye on it, then selecting what part you want to paint. To get the colours purple, orange and green, use the dyes with each other: red + yellow = orange, blue + red = purple, blue + yellow = green. After this, go down 1 ladder and talk to the boy there. Ask him if it’s his model ship. He will tell you yes and give you a key in return. You can open the chest in the room next to him with the castle to get a map piece.
The second map piece: Now go to the west side of the ship and look for a plank. Walk over it and you’ll be outside on a rock. Press the “jump rock” option on the rock where you are standing on, then when you’ve walked there, press jump rock on the rock you want to jump to. Keep doing this until you reach the end. It will take about 5% energy for each jump so try to set your movement to walk. At the end you’ll find a chest with another map piece. Now head back to the ship the same way you came.
The third map piece: Go to the lowest floor of the ship and search the open chests here. You won’t need another key. You will be attacked by a giant lobster. Kill it and search the chest again. Use the map pieces on each other to complete the map.
Dragontooth island: Now go back into the ghost-city with the map. Take your spade from the bank, keep the map and take 25 ecto-tokens. Go to the east to find a small rowing boat. Talk to the captain and take a trip to Dragontooth island. On here, you will see a statue. Start west of it next to it’s arm, from here follow the instructions on your map. It has changed now that you’re on Dragontooth island and will make more sense. Start next to the pointing hand of the statue and go 6 steps South, 8 steps East, 2 steps North, 22 steps South. Dig here to get the book.
Items for this part: About 100 coins.
Runedraw: Now go back with the rowing boat. A little to the west, still at the docks you’ll find a trader from the east, he’s human. Talk to him and ask him for the translation manual. He will ask you to get a oak longbow signed by Robin. Go to Robin who is inside the inn you’re next to. Win 4 rounds of the game Runedraw so he will owe you 100gp. To pay off his debt he will sign your bow. Take it back to the trader for the manual.
The bedsheet: Now go to the innkeeper and ask him if he has any jobs for you. He will give you a bedsheet to take to Robin, keep it instead. Go back outside and to the slime where you filled your buckets. (You can’t go outside while wearing the bedsheet so keep it in your inventory). Use the bedsheet on it.
The petition: Back inside the town talk to Gravingas. He will ask you to get a petition signed with 10 signatures. Now wear your green bedsheet or the villagers will tell you they don’t trust you that a human wants to help them. Talk to the villagers to get 10 signatures, you can do the same villager as many times as you want, as long as you do another one in-between. There is also one that sells you his signature for one ecto-token. When you have 10 signed, go back to Necrovarus. He will get upset and in his anger he will drop a key. Take the key upstairs and use it on the door to the south. Open and search the coffin to get the robes.
Controlling Necrovarus: Now take the manual, book and robes to the old lady. She will enchant your Amulet of Ghostspeak with one charge. It will turn green. Now go back to Necrovarus. Make sure you kill any vampire attacking you since you’ll need to finish the conversation, you only get one shot at this or you’ll have to go back to talk to the old lady. Talk to him while wearing the green amulet, tell him the most upper option, now just quickly press continue until the conversation ends. Go back into the town and talk to Velorina. The quest is now complete.

Read the signpost, then head north-east of the slayer master towards the castle. Talk to the doctor and say that you’re brain-dead and that you’re good at grave digging. You’ll now have to find 4 body parts: arms, legs, torso and head.
Firstly talk to the gardener outside with your ghost speak amulet on. Ask him what happened to his head. He will follow you to the haunted woods. Keep talking to him and he’ll tell you where to go. Dig his grave to find the head.
Now head back to the castle and go upstairs. Use them with each other to make a star amulet. Leave the castle and follow the path east to a graveyard and use your star amulet on the last memorial to the east. Push the monument, follow the cave round and kill the level 51 experiment. Pick the key up and head north-west. Use your key on the gate, and then go upstairs. Dig the 3 graves to get torso, arms, and legs.
Head to the pub in Canifis and talk to Roavar. Ask him for some food and buy the pickled brain by asking for something to eat. Put the brain in the head and give all the parts to doctor. He will need a needle and 5 threads. Now he will want a conductor for lightning made of silver. Go talk to the gardener and ask for the key for the shed. Sweep the west fireplace on the first floor of the castle to get the conductor mould, use a silver bar on a furnace to make the conductor and take it back to the doctor. You can then go through the south doors on the first floor, up the ladder and use the conductor on the rod out there.
Go back to the doctor, he’ll tell you the monster is alive and you need to kill it, get the key from him, head back up to the first floor and use the key on the gate door up there to gain access to the monster.
The monster will tell you the truth about the doctor and ask you to take the Ring of Charos from the doctor. Go downstairs and pickpocket the doctor to complete the quest.
