Getting Started

Start here and talk to Morgan, who will tell you about a vampire in Draynor Manor and will ask you to kill it. He will also tell you about a vampire hunter named Dr. Harlow who is at the Blue Moon Inn. Before you leave however, head upstairs and grab some garlic from the cupboard.

Now make your way to Varrock and as soon as you arrive, head for the general store and buy a hammer if you don’t have one.

Dr. Harlow and the Stake

Head for the sword shop and cross the street to reach the Blue Moon Inn, now buy a beer and speak to the very drunk Dr. Harlow. Tell him Morgan is in trouble and he will agree to help you if you buy him a beer, just say “Ok mate” and talk to him again.

He will take the beer and tell you the three things to kill a vampire:

A stake (which he gives to you)
Garlic (you should have that from Morgan’s house)
A hammer (you should have brought one)
Note: Now we are about to kill the vampire so be ready for a very tough fight if you are below level 25. The vampire is level 34 and if no food is brought you could easily die.

The Vampire’s Lair

After stopping at the bank to get any last minute supplies, head to the vampire’s lair in Draynor Manor. Be warned the trees may attack!

Once you’re in the Manor entrance room, walk north into the most northern room. Now walk east and then south and you should enter a room with a checker floor and a staircase leading into the basement. Take the stairs down to enter the vampire’s lair.

Hint: If you are a ranger or a mage hide behind the coffin, then attack from there.

When his health bar is completely red you will automatically use the stake and stab the vampire to finish him off.

Ernest the Chicken

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Start: Begin by speaking to Veronica outside Draynor Manor. Skills: None! Quests: None! What You Need: A Pressure Gauge, Rubber Tube, Oil Can, Fish Food, a bottle of Poison, a Spade, and a Small Key. Scroll down to the end of the guide to find a ‘Fast Quest Walkthrough’. ——————————————————————————– Getting Started First off, speak to Veronica who will be wandering around near the gate of Draynor Manor. The manor is just north of Draynor Village. She says that she’s in trouble, and tell her that you can help. Continue north along the path until you reach a large building and go inside. Climb the first set of stairs in the room, and then climb the smaller staircase leading to the third floor. Talk to Professor Oddenstein, the eccentric-looking scientist in the room, and ask him about Ernest. The Professor says that he has turned him into a chicken. Tell him to change him back, and he says that his machine is broken and he needs several parts to get it running again. He needs a Pressure Gauge, a Rubber tube, and an Oil Can. Pressure Gauge & Rubber Tube With the list of needed items to get the machine running again, go back down the stairs leading to the second floor. Walk past the other set of stairs and notice the box of Fish Food on the floor across from the stairs. Pick it up and go down the stairs leading to the ground floor. Now go through the north door, and into the kitchen to the west. Next to the stove is a door, and in the small room is a bottle of Poison. Now leave the kitchen and head into the room with a black and grey checkered floor. Next to the stairs is a room with a Spade in the corner. Pick it up and leave through the door. Walk around the Mansion, first to the north, and then to the west. When you come upon a Compost Heap, walk up to it and use your spade with it to find a Small Key. Continue south until you reach a fountain filled with vicious Piranhas. Use the Poison with the Fish Food to poison it, and then use the Poisoned Fish Food with the fountain to kill them. Search it to find the Pressure Gauge. Now walk to the east and go back into the Manor. Just past the staircase is a small closet. Use the Small Key with the door and pick up the Rubber Tube . The Oil Can Leave the closet and walk into the room with a pink floor and search the bookcase on the west wall to find a secret door. Now climb down the ladder into a basement filled with small rooms and levers on the walls. This is the tricky part of the quest, and you need to pull the levers in order and continue into the correct room. To help you with this quest, I’ve made a map of the maze with the levers and doors which you can follow. Each lever has it’s own color on this map, and each of the doors are labeled from 1-9, which is how directions are given to completing the maze. First, pull levers A and B down. Go through door 1 and pull lever D down. Walk through doors 2 and 3, and pull levers A and B up. Go back through door 3, and through 4 and 5. Pull levers E and F down, and head out door 6, and through door 7. Now pull lever C down, and go back through doors 7 and 6. Pull lever E up and go through doors 6, 8 and 3. Now you can go through door 9 and pick up an Oil Can. Fixing the Machine Now go back up the ladder and pull the lever on the wall to open the secret door up. Head back upstairs to Professor Oddenstein and give him the parts to the machine. He’ll fix it and turn Ernest back into a human, and you’ve finished the quest! Demon Slayer

Posted by: amber  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Start: Begin by speaking to the Gypsy in Varrock.
Skills: Able to defeat a level 27 demon.
Quests: None!
What You Need: A Bucket of Water, 25 Bones and 1gp.

Scroll down to the end of the guide to find a ‘Fast Quest Walkthrough’.

——————————————————————————–

Getting Started

First off, visit the Gypsy in the city of Varrock.

She can be found in the tent next to the Clothing Shop (red circle on the map), and when you talk to her she wants to read your future, but you need to “cross [her] palm with silver”. In other words, just give her 1 gp. You can then choose any of the three options. Then ask her who Delrith is, and she talks of an old tale…

Dark wizards gathered in beneath Varrock to summon the Delrith, a vicious monster that they hoped would render Varrock into rubble. Luckily, Wally, the hero, came just in time.

And our (humble) hero managed to defeat the Demon and bind him within the stone Circle that we see now below Varrock.

Ask how you can kill the demon, and she says that you need a Silverlight Sword and an incantation — be sure to write down the incantation that she gives you (it’s different for everyone)! She tells you to talk to Sir Prysin about the sword.

The Keys

Sir Prysin can be found in a small room on the west side of Varrock Castle (blue circle on the map). He tends to wander out of this room, however, so be warned.

At first he is surprised when you mention the Delrith.

After you explain about Gypsy Aris’ premonition, he understands the city’s plight. Unfortunately, he says that he has the Silverlight, but he needs 3 keys to open the box.

He says that Captain Rovin has a key, and tells you where he is.

Captain Rovin’s Key

Climb 2 sets of stairs in the northwest corner of the castle to find him, and tell him that it’s important that you speak to him. Captain Rovin is at first mistrusting of you.

After a bit of arguing however, he finally gives in and lets you have the key.

Sir Prysin’s Key

Sir Prysin also said that he had a key, but dropped it down the kitchen drain.

Go back downstairs and head to the kitchen in the northeast corner of the castle. You will see a drain there.

You see the key, but you can’t reach it. You’re going to have to get it below, but you have to wash it down first.

Use the bucket of water you should have in your inventory with the drain just outside the kitchen door to wash the key into the Varrock Sewer. If you don’t have one, you can go up the stairs, and pick up a bucket from either of the rooms, and then fill it with water from the kitchen sink.

The entrance to the sewer is just east of the castle fountain area manhole (yellow circle on the map), so climb down the manhole.

Take the red path to a small room, and the key should be on the ground, surrounded by corpses.

Just click on it and you’ll get a rusty Silverlight Key.

Traiborn’s Key

The last key is with Wizard Traiborn, located on the second floor of the Wizard Tower, just south of Draynor Village.

Tell him that you need Sir Prysin’s key, and then ask him if he has any keys around. He is totally confused.

He finally remembers a key, but he needs 25 bones to perform a ritual to open the box that it’s in.

You can kill the wizards in the tower to collect bones, but a quicker way to obtain them would be to kill chickens. There’s a farm east of Draynor Village (blue circle on the map).

You can give him the bones gradually. In other words, you don’t have to give all 25 bones at once. However, it quicker to do it all at once if you are killing chickens for them. When you give him all the bones, a very short mini-cut scene will ensue where he performs the ritual and a wardrobe will rise from the floor. He will take his Silverlight Key out and give it to you.

Obtaining the Silverlight Sword

Once you have all 3 keys, go back to Sir Prysin. Another very small mini-cut scene will happen as he opens the box and gives the Silverlight to you, and which you then brandish about for a bit.

Hint: If you drop your Silverlight and talk to Sir Prysin, he will give you another sword. This way, you could have an extra in case you lose your sword after the quest, instead of having to buy one for 500gp later on.

Killing the Demon

Once you have all your combat equipment and food ready, head to the Stone Circle just south of Varrock. Once you get within close proximity of the circle, a big cut scene starts. You see three dark wizards and a wizard called Denath.

All the Dark Wizards begin to chant.

They finally summon the supremely evil Demon.

This might be the end for Varrock!

But you arrive just in time!

When you enter the circle, a wizard will start attacking you, so you will have to kill it and go to the Delrith. Or, you can wait until all the Dark Wizards are facing away from you and the Delrith is close to you and then run to him. With your Silverlight equipped, attack the Demon until he is in a weakened state. When he is in this state, pick the right incantation (refer to the incantation you wrote down earlier) and finish off the foul Demon.

Congratulations, quest complete!

Rewards

You get to keep the Silverlight sword - If you ever lose it, you can buy another from Sir Prysin in Varrock Castle for 500gp

Go through the Sherpa’s hut (or run the gauntlets of thrower trolls) to a junction on the ledge above the gauntlet, blocked by rocks. Climb the rocks and head east, you’ll come to a gate. When you try and open it, it will say you must defeat Dad.
Go in and defeat Dad (level 101, and does knock backs), and exit the arena using the other gate and follow the path. Go through several small caves and you will come to a circular mountain / maze - do not climb it, go round it to the areas to the northwest, again avoiding thrower trolls.

Runescape SHIELD OF ARRAV QUEST STRATEGY

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: Reldo, Varrock Library (in the palace).
Quest difficulty level: Medium.
Reward: 600gp.
Quest points gained: 1.
Required Items: A few gp (100 should be enough) and a friend.
The book: Search around the library bookcases until you find a book titled ‘The Shield of Arrav’ by A R Wright and then read it.
Phoenix Gang: To join this gang, go back to Reldo and talk with him about where you can find the Phoenix Gang. He doesn’t know but tells you to ask the fur trader. Talk with the fur trader in Varrock Square. Give him 20gp for the information on where the Phoenix hideout is. Head over to the hideout, it’s in a room in the south of Varrock. Head down the stairs and talk with Straven.
VTAM Corporation: To join the VTAM Corporation you’ll need to kill Jonny the Beard in the Blue Moon Inn (west of the hideout) to get a report for Straven. Straven will then give you a key to the weapons store. The shield half is in the back in a chest.
Black Arm Gang: Ask your friend for some help. Ask them to talk to the tramp just west of the south entrance to Varrock. Ask him what’s down the alleyway, and he’ll tell them that it’s the Black Arm Gang’s hideout. Your friend must follow the alleyway and talk with Katrine. They must tell her that you know about the gang, and that you won’t tell who your source is. Tell her to try you out to prove that you’re trustworthy.
Getting the crossbows: Using the key to the weapons store go a little east of the Phoenix hideout and find the locked door. Go in and up the stairs. You will be attacked by the Phoenix master of arms. Kill him and take two crossbows. Give your friend the crossbows and they can go back to Katrine and give her the crossbows, go upstairs in the hideout, and get the shield half.
Completing the quest: Now you will have one half of the shield and your friend will have the other. Hopefully they will give you their half. Once you have both halves go to Curator in the Varrock Museum located east of the palace you started in. Talk with him, and get the 2 certificates. Give one to your friend, and then head of to the king in the Varrock palace, give him the certificate, and you’ll have completed the quest.

Runescape MOURNING’S ENDS PART 2 QUEST STRATEGY GUIDE

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: Arianwyn in Lleyta.
Quest difficulty level: Hard.
Reward: 20k Agility XP, Access to Death Altar.
Quest points gained: 2.
Required Skills: High Agility (around 70 should do).
Required Quests: Mournings Ends - Part 1.
Required Items: Rope, Chisel, Mourners Outfit, Death Talisman or items listed in final stage of guide.
NPC: Arianwyn, Head Mourner, Eluned, Thorgel.

MOURNING’S ENDS PART 2 QUEST WALKTHROUGH
First of all, Arianwyn tells you to investigate the excavation. Put on your mourners outfit and head to Mourners Headquarters in West Ardougne. You will find the HQ in the most Northeastern building. If you do not have your mourners outfit from Mournings Ends Part 1, get another by killing a level 11 mourner on the way to West Ardougne. When you get to Mourners HQ, speak with the Head Mourner in the basement and you will receive a new key. Use your new key to enter the tunnels beyond the locked door. Here you need to head directly west, then take the southern path. After a cut-scene search a nearby guard to get his journal and a colour wheel. The colour wheel can be useful later on. Now head back to Arianwyn. Speak with Arianwyn then go back to the temple. You need to go inside the front door now. Be careful of the shadow creatures. Climb the stairs directly in front of the door. Once up the stairs move to the east of them to find the collection point. Pull the lever and collect everything. Go back to the stairs. From here you need to head south one pillar, then west followed by south to find some stairs within the wall. Climb up the stairs. Once up them you should see some stairs to the north on your minimap. Head to these and go down.
This is a good place for taking a break when doing the puzzle as it is safe, but now you head up the north stairs. From here go as far to the east as you can and you should find the black crystal just to your south. Use your chisel on it to take a sample. Head back to Arianwyn again. Arianwyn should get Eluned to make a new crystal for you and tell you what to do with it. Bank it for now and get out the mirrors and yellow crystal from the temple. Now is when the puzzle begins. You need to head back to the temple and up the first stairs. To the east of these by the collector is a light pillar with a beam of light in it. Insert a mirror and rotate to send the beam north. Move north to the pillar and using a mirror to send the beam to the west. Here direct the beam south. Follow the beam south placing your yellow crystal and then a mirror to send your yellow beam east. You will now be able to climb across the handholds (failing sends you to the first floor and deals 5 damage) to reach a newly opened blue door. Search the chest within for more mirrors and a cyan crystal. Work your way back to where you turned the beam south. Collect your pieces as you go. At the pillar where the beam turns south, put in the cyan crystal. Follow the beam west, turn it north with a mirror, before continuing to turn it back east. Follow the beam along towards the door and you will come across a pillar. Put your yellow crystal in here. This opens the pink door, where you once again open the chest for more mirrors. This is a good time to restock your food and stuff. Collect a rope as you will need it for the next part. Using the collector get all your mirrors and crystals back. Then you need to setup the following pattern, always following the beam: North, West, Cyan Crystal, North, East. The next pillar along this corridor also needs a mirror, but it must point the light upwards. To achieve this the mirror needs to have its base where the light enters and top on the opposite side. In this case west and east. Light travelling up can be noted by a beam above the pillar. Using the ladder beside this pillar, head up one floor. Use a mirror on the pillar to send the beam west. The beam will pass through a pillar you cannot reach, this pillar has the useful effect of turning cyan to blue and yellow to red, which you will be using later. Head back down the ladder and head south to reach the other stairs to the top floor. Once here cross to the north side using the double stairs, then head directly east through a narrow grey passage. Once through head north to find your now blue light beam. From here we want to send our light down. to do this arrange the mirror so its top is by the east and base is by the west markers. Go all the way down to the first floor and make your way to the north west corner again. Your beam should have opened a yellow door for you. Go through and rotate the fixed mirror to hit the other door. Raid the chest in here, then rotating the mirror again, escape. Leaving everything the same as the set up for the third door, head back to your cyan crystal on the second floor and replace it with the yellow crystal. Go back to the north west corner of the upper floor. This time reflect your now red light to head south. Follow it all the way to the south west corner and direct it downwards by aligning the mirror top to north and bottom to south. Once you have done this, head down one floor using the stairs. Directly west of the stairs you should find a low wall. Climb over it. In this room you use your rope on the rocks by the hole in the floor so that you can climb down. Go through the now open cyan door to raid the chest. You should now have 10 mirrors, a fractured crystal, and cyan, yellow and blue crystals. Now is a good time to restock food. This is where it gets a bit more complicated, so make sure you know how to arrange mirrors to send light up and down: Firstly set up your crystals to once more open the first blue door, this time place the blue crystal inside this room. Don’t pull the lever after doing this step. Head back to the pillar north and west from the lever. Collect all your mirrors and your yellow crystal along the way. Direct your beam upwards. Move up via the stairs to reach your beam and send it south. This beam will travel a long distance to a pillar on the other side of the double steps. Here you place your fractured crystal. Note that the smooth side faces north, this is vital later on. Now you should have multiple light beams. Firstly head south and reflect the light east to the corner, then send it down. Go back to your light split. This time follow it west and once again send the beam down. Move down two floors and find this second beam, which, die to a special pillar should be green. Using your mirrors reflect this south then east to open the door. Inside this room you should have your blue beam. rotate the fixed mirror so it hits the yellow door and collect your last mirrors and second fractured crystal from the chest. Now the final pillar. This pillar requires beams of certain colours to hit it from certain sides and will put to use all you have learnt. For it to open you need a blue beam from the north, a red beam from the west and a green beam from the south. Start back at the collector after using it to get all your crystals and send the beam north as normal. Send the beam down. Find the beam downstairs and send it west, this is where it gets tricky. Place your newest fractured crystal in the pillar, the smooth side should face east. If you do not get four beams, it is the wrong one so switch it. Once you have this you need to move around the inaccessible room to reach your north beam and reflect it up. On the second floor you need to place the yellow crystal into this beam, then using the ladder head to the third floor. Here send the beam west through the colour changing pillar, to make our red beam. Now, you need to reach the northwest corner again, using the same route as before, to find your red beam. From the corner you have to send it south, then halfway along send it east using the pillar there. A fixed mirror to the east reflects it down for you. That is your first beam completed. Head back to where you split the light and follow the south beam. At the four-way pillar place your other fractured crystal. To both the east and west of here you need to reflect your light upwards. This should give you a plain and a green beam, thanks to the second floor pillar, on the third floor. Head up to the third floor again, find the most western of your two beams, which should be green. This beam will not appear from the top of its pillar as it cannot go further up, but is the pillar west of the double stairs. Reflect this beam west. Fixed mirrors again send this to the final pillar for you, so two beams down, one to go. Go east to find your other beam, which should be to the far east of the same row. Send the beam west, then north and cross over using the double steps. On this side, use your last mirror to reflect it west again, but follow the beam to find a pillar that it passes through to the west and place the blue crystal in it. Once again fixed mirrors do the rest. Move to the space between the double stairs and take the steps down to the west. The cyan door here is now open, thanks to your red beam, step through and rotate the mirror in the pillar nearby to send the beam west. This completes the final pillar, opening the door to the altar. Follow the beam west and step through the triple door to view a short cut-scene with Thorgel the dwarf. He will give you a list of 50 items to acquire in exchange for a death talisman, should you not already have one. Once here you also receive a shortcut, a tunnel behind the altar slab leads to the dwarf within the underground pass which can be used as a shortcut to the Lleyta bank.

Once you are in the tunnel, run through more zombie pirates to the end of it where you will see some damaged stairs. Repair them. You will need 10 nails (bring extra just in case), a hammer, and 4 normal planks. Climb up the reparied stairs and you will find yourself in a room with bookcases. Use the option “Peep Through Peephole.” You will find out the Zombie Pirates are planning on knocking out the monks with sleeping gas. Report back to Brother Tranquility.
Tell Brother Tranquility the plot and he will send you to collect a prayer book from Edgeville Monastary. You will be teleported back to Mos Le’harmless. Go to the monastery and search the bookcase on the left side of the building. You will find the book of prayers. Read the book to find how to cure the monk’s disease. Pick the item asked by the book. It will be either Cabbage or Holy symbol. To get the cabbage, go south to the entrance of the mountain and then go northeast. Pick a head of cabbage in the patch north of the monastary. To get a holy symbol, go to Crafting Guild, mine silver, pick up the Holy mould (1st floor), smelt, complete with a ball of wool and have it blessed by the head monk in the monastary.

Return to Brother Tranquility who will teleport you back to Harmony and ask you to recite the prayer. Talk to Brother Tranquility again. He will ask you to bring Dr. Fenkenstrain to help them get their brains back. Go to Dr. Fenkenstrain in his castle. He is at the top of the central tower. You will ask him to help get the monks’ brains back. He will be scared to pass the werewolves, so you must find another way to get him to Harmony. He will tell you to talk to Rufus, the shopkeeper of the food shop in Canifis, and arrange for him to be shipped over to Harmony in a crate.

Go to Rufus with your Ring of Charos equipped. Ask him about the shipping order and he will say he wants cats in the crate and that they must be inspected. You will be given a wolf whistle to blow once you have made the crates and you will need to make some fake cats out of planks and fur, made on the craft bench in your or your friend’s house. Get your fake cats and crate part and build the crates on the ghost crate image next to Fenkenstrain in the tower. You will need all 6 crate parts, a hammer, and 20 nails. You will need to add a false bottom to the crate for the Fenksentrain to hide under; this requires 4 normal planks and 8 nails. Next fill the crate with your 10 fake cats. After that, you will need to blow your whistler and Rufus will appear and inspect the crate. After he leaves, he will give you a receipt. When he does this, you need to use it on the crate and the crate will teleport. Once the crate and the doctor have been moved, you will need to go back to Harmony and talk to Dr. Fenkenstrain. He will ask you to get some items for him. The items are: Cranial Clamp, Pair of Brain Tongs, Three bell jars, at least 30 skull staples, and a Hammer.

To get the items he asks for, you will need to go to the church north of where Brother Tranquility is. You will find the door to be blocked, so you need to go and get a powder keg, fuse, and a tinderbox from the ghost ship north of the church. Search the locker to get the fuse, go up the ladder and get a tinderbox. Finally, go and get a keg from the top deck of the ghost ship. When you have these three items, go back to the blockaded door of the church and use the keg on the door, then the fuse, and finally use the tinderbox on the fuse to destroy the door. Kill the Sorebones (Level 57) to get all of the items you need except for the hammer.

Once you have all of the items the doctor asked for, go back and talk to Dr. Fenkenstrain and he will perform the operation right then. Now that they are back to normal, talk to Brother Tranquility and he will tell you to confront Mi-Gor who is in the church north of where you are now. Now that you are ready for the final battle, go back to the church and confront Mi-Gor and his bodyguard Barrelchest (Level 190) will appear and attack you. Once he is dead, he will drop a broken barrelchest anchor which can be made into a weapon. Once you have confronted Mi-Gor and killed his bodyguard, return to Brother Tranquility and tell him that Mi-Gor has fled for your reward.

Runescape ELEMENTAL WORKSHOP II QUEST STRATEGY

Posted by: cow  //  Category: Runescape Quests

Starting location: Exam Centre at the Dig Site.
Quest difficulty level: Easy.
Reward: 7500 Crafting, 7500 Smithing, ability to make and use Elemental Mind equipment.
Quest points gained: 1.
Required Quests: Elemental Workshop.
Required Skills: Level 20 Magic, Level 30 Smithing.
Required Items: Hammer, pickaxe, coal.
Monsters: Earth Elemental (level 35).
NPC: None.

ELEMENTAL WORKSHOP II QUEST WALKTHROUGH
To begin the quest go to the Exam Centre at the Dig Site (southeast of Varrock) and search the bookcases in the southeast corner of the examination room until you find a Beaten Book. Read the book and a scroll will fall out. Read this to get directions to the new workshop from the stairs down to the old one. Teleport to Camelot and enter the Elemental Workshop from the first Elemental Workshop quest. Follow the steps listed in the note. You will eventually find yourself in the water chamber and to the east of a pipe. Search it to recieve a key that unlocks a door near the entrance to the Workshop. The new workshop is square-shaped with a track running around the perimeter. There are four broken machines on each side of the square. There are also two staircases leading up to the catwalk area of the new Workshop. Your task in the quest is to repair the four machines in the workshop and then to “prime” an elemental bar.
Search the schematics crate for the plans on how to fix and make a claw. Now head back up to the first Workshop and mine an elemental ore. As with the first quest, you will need to kill an earth elemental to obtain the ore. To save returning here for another bar later on, get two ores and make two bars. When you’ve done this, go smelt it into a bar using the furnace, then smith the bar into a claw using the workbench and return to the second workshop. Click the lowering lever, making certain the crane is facing to the north, and use the elemental bar on the claw to repair it. To fix the pipes, you will need to pick up a spare pipe. This is in a random crate in the workshop. Use the pipe on the broken pipes at the far northern side of the catwalks. To fix the Wind Tube on the eastern side of the second Workshop, you need to find three different cogs: Large, Medium, and Small. These cogs can be found in crates throughout the new Workshop. Use the Small cog on the upper left pin, the Medium cog on the lower left pin and the Large cog on the right pin Operate the lever to make sure you did it right. If you did it correctly it should say the fan is now blowing. To repair the Steam Press on the western side of the new Workshop, climb up to the catwalks and find the Junction Box on the western side. Open the Junction box and arrange the pipes as follows to fix the Steam Press. Click the lower left and lower middle pipes to connect them to each other. Then connect the upper right and upper middle to each other. Click the upper left and lower right pipes to make the final connection. The display closes when it’s finished. All the machines are now fixed.

Before priming an Elemental Bar, make sure the Wind Fan is NOT operating. Click the lever that operates the Cart Jig until the cart is positioned underneath the repaired crane. When the cart arrives at the claw use your Elemental Bar with the cart Lower the claw so it picks the bar up, then raise the claw with the same lever. Click the other lever to swivel the crane over the lava and click the lowering lever to lower it into the lava. Click the lowering lever again to raise the bar up, click the rotating lever to swivel it back to the cart and lower it. Raise it one last time so that the claw is no longer holding the bar and the heated bar is on the cart. Operate the Cart Jig again. The cart should position itself beneath the steam press. Operate the steam press lever which is in front of the pipes on the first floor. The elemental bar should now be flattened as long as the pipes in the Junction Box was positioned correctly. Operate the Cart Jig again so that it moves around to the Water Tank. Open the tank door and click the corkscrew level twice to expand and retract the Cart Rack. Once the cart is inside the Tank, close the door. Now operate the two valves so that the tank fills with water, cooling the bar down Now empty the tank by turning the valves again, open the door and release the Rack again. Once the cart is back on the track, retract the rack and close the door. Operate the Cart Jig once again so that it heads towards the Wind Tube. Operate the Fan lever so that the Bar is fully cooled down Turn the Fan off by operating the lever again and make your way over to the Cart Jig lever. Click this for the last time to move the cart back underneath the crane. Once it reaches here, retrieve the “Primed Bar” from the Cart.

Head down the stairs in the northwest corner of the new Workshop. From the stairs head south and then east through the “Mind Door” Once in the Mind Room, use your Primed Bar on the Extraction Gun and Operate the Extractor (you will lose 20 magic levels when using the extractor). You will now receive a golden Elemental Bar Return upstairs to the first workshop and use your new bar on the workbenches and create a Prime Elemental Helmet to complete the quest.
